Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was pleasant. Our room key wouldnt work. Have to go down 2 times for new. Manager came us after the 2nd time and got us in with her overwrite key. She had maintenance up to our room in under 10 to fix the issue.
The hotel itself was nice but check in was absolutely unacceptable. We got there at 4 to check in, as you claim is check-in but NO rooms were ready for anyone. We had 4 couples, one being a Bom. member. He requested 2:00 checking and none of us got rooms until after 530. There were easily 20-30 people on a list waiting for rooms. The only thing offered for the delay was one complimentary drink at the bar. Wow, nice. We had tickets for the Reds game so luckily for us, we were still able to make it in time. However, if we would have had other plans, reservations somewhere, they would not have been the case. Heck, I saw one lady getting into her wedding attire in the public restroom. Very disappointing. More of a discount or something would have been nice for the inconvenience of waoting over an extra 1.5 hrs to get our room.

Excellent staff, excellent location, would definitely recommend. The building was very nice.
Terrible water pressure. Only stayed one night so not a big deal, but would have been if we stayed longer.
