Summer2024 Book with confidence and know that you have a spectacular place by The Lake to go anytime you want! One block from the lake and the Marina. Across the street from the golf course. Easy access to anywhere. Minimum stay rules + occupancy limits in effect. Positive ID Verification required - (25+ yrs of age only) on ALL instant bookings. This is a completely SELF CATERING space. Please ensure that you bring your own groceries, drinks, condiments, toys, toiletries. Reservations by enquiry only - 25 year age minimum. Maximum occupancy = 4 persons (including children) No pets. This unit is completely smoke-free. (Our insurance policy prohibits vaping or smoking of any product in or within 5m of the premises). Kindly respect the neighbours and the property.

The unit was very clean and convenient to all amenities down-town. The manager was very helpful and excellent in all communications. However, being a lower level unit, some noise from units above should be expexted.

My husband, adult daughter, 10 year old granddaughter and I stayed at ML Fadi's condo in Sylvan Lake. It is a modern, attractive, and spotless unit with a well furnished kitchen that has everything you need for meal preparations. There is a lovely little gazebo in the courtyard next to a pond with a fountain in it. My daughter enjoyed doing her yoga practice there. It is easy walking distance to the path along the lake, to the downtown area, and really to anywhere you want to go. For the evenings the TV is good quality and works great... and there is a card table and chairs and a deck of cards which came in handy! Our hosts were responsive to our texts and helpful to us in planning and preparing for our visit.

The accommodation was very clean, well appointed, a short walking distance to Sylvan Lake and the communication with owners was excellent from booking to check in and check out. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

The condo was very clean. Close to the beach! Host was very communicative and quick to respond.

Great location, close to beach, boat marina/lighthouse, mini golfing/go carts and great restaurants. The only thing is a fan would be ideal to have especially in hot humid weather over 30 C. A pot for making pasta would also have come in handy. Walking distance to everything!!!
