About this house rental
Harbor Island is one of the most peaceful locations on the East Coast, and our personal favorite for family vacations. The island is private, gated, and beautifully preserved. When you stay at our condo, you have full access to the Beach and Racquet Club, with its large pool, kiddie pool, playground, tennis courts, sand volleyball, and exercise facilities. The beach itself is a beauty to behold. Wildlife is plentiful, with countless varieties of dolphins, birds, crabs, turtles, and so much more. This island is truly a birdwatcher's paradise! Every time we come to this beach we are overwhelmed by its splendor, its sense of peace, and its power to relax the body and spirit. Fresh seafood and a couple of wonderful restaurants are a short bike ride from the island.
A 4-seater golf cart and kayak are included. A pass to Hunting Island State Park is included and available for you to use during your stay.
The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.
Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.
** Please note there is enough parking for up to 3 vehicles at this property.**
Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00

House was very clean. We loved the trundle bed in the kids room! Loved the porch on the back of the house to look out into the ocean in the mornings and evenings. The rental agency was available for any questions we had or assistance we needed. Very dedicated to making sure we had a good weekend. Very nice house. Definitely would stay here again.

This property has everything you need and more: close beach access, golf cart 2 kayaks, beach chairs, toys,clean, and spacious . We enjoyed the Hunting Island pass, the pool, and the gym. Very responsive to questions. The Turtles Nest above the pool has options if you don't want to cook.Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed spending our vacation at your house! This is our 6th time staying on Harbor Island 😀.Loved using the golf cart to get around. We would definitely consider renting again on our next visit down! Thank you!

This was our first visit to Harbor Island and still blown away with the privacy of this community. Overall this home was clean. We arrived at 5:30pm the day of check in and after unloading our luggage we went straight to check out the beach. Upon our arrival back to the house, we found black ants all over the kitchen. I contacted the property management number and was told they would send someone to spray first thing in the morning. We used cleaning products we found in the home to kill the ants, but they kept coming back. I contacted property manager again the next day and asked about the service call for ants, was told she would check on it and call me back. No call back and no one came to spray for ants. We continued to dispose of the ants ourselves and kept all food in other locations to avoid further issues. It was a 3 day stay, home very clean otherwise.
