Located in Burlington, this lovely condo for $115 per night is a great option for your next break. This is a sweet studio apt, small but very cozy. This apt is attached to our main residence, but completely private, no shared spaces, private entrance. Off street parking, very convenient quiet street close to highway and downtown Burlington make this unit a desirable place to call home while visiting the area. Walk to grocery, health food store, beaches and hiking, or a very short drive to Close to bike path as well. Other features include heated marble bathroom floors, full tub/shower, washer/dryer. Full mini kitchen includes small freezer/refrigerator, full size sink, large toaster oven, crock pot, 2 burner hot plate, dishes/pots/utensils, keurig coffee maker and pods, french press and fresh ground coffee, tea kettle and tea. There is a very comfy murphy bed, very easy pull down-place up, and in the up position has a roomy desk and shelves that you can leave your things on when you lower the bed. Also a smart t.v. ( no cable ) wireless internet, and an electric fireplace for ambiance and additional heat.

We loved staying in this wonderful space. We could tell that someone put a lot of care into the finishes in the apartment. The location was great - close enough to downtown Burlington with easy access to towns around Burlington. The neighborhood is great for walking and was a short walk from Oakledge Park that has a nice walking trail. It's worth noting that the space is somewhat small, but was perfect for my husband and I - we never felt cramped. We had all that we needed and more for our stay and look forward to staying again!

We can't say enough good things about our stay here. It's a beautiful studio space with a wonderful bathroom, washer/dryer, private entrance, ample parking and an outstanding location. The hosts were gracious, and we enjoyed the privacy and security of home. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Vermont.

This VRBO property was perfect -- spotless, efficient, cozy, and complete with ALL amenities. For our next trip to Burlington, we won't bother investigating any other VRBO property... we will stay here. Great location, easy access, private and secure. In a word... 'Wonderful'.

The apaprtment was lovely and had everything we needed. It was clean and located in a friendly neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and grocery store. The hosts were friendly and helpful also!

This place had everything we needed to make our stay a really good experience. Nice area and the place was clean, convenient and had all the amenities needed to make our stay very comfortable. Super cute place, nice large bathroom with heated floors, and it was nice to have a washer/dryer since this was the halfway point of our 10 day road trip. I would highly recommend!

CLOSE TO BURLINGTON GREENWAY BIKE TRAIL . THE OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH THINGS TO DO AND PLACES TO VISIT . THEY ALSO GAVE US SOME GOOD PLACES TO EAT. WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN IF WE ARE IN THAT AREA

The property owners, Laurie and Mark, go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable staying in their studio apartment. They have all the essentials and then some. The place was located close to downtown Burlington and was in a safe neighborhood. Instructions were clear and to the point, very private and quiet. Check in and out procedure was quick and easy. Listing is accurate. We personally loved the cleanliness of the apartment, the updated look, and the snacks that were available to us guests. When we visit Burlington again, we will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend others to stay here!

We loved how convenient it was to drive into Burlington from the studio- about a 7 minute drive. Very close to grocery stores, shops, and some restaurants if walking is needed. Laurie was great with communication and the studio had everything we needed from towels to snacks. Was very convenient to have a kitchenette option. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would love to come back again for another visit!

We had a great time up in the area and this was the perfect size for the two of us. We were able to get up to Canada and down to Boston easily from here. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and very nice!

The hosts are amazingly kind. The neighborhood is quiet, yet right off a busy road. The bed was incredibly comfortable without swallowing you. The kitchenette was precious! The shower was so nice after a long day walking around Burlington. The small stacked washer and dryer was perfect to renew travel clothes and not take a long time. The air filter makes the place smell and FEEL SO GOOD! My favorite surprise was the heated bathroom floor, which is always a luxurious touch! My sister and I would have loved to stayed much longer. 11/10! Pictures don’t do it justice.

Everything was wonderful. The guest apartment was very clean and tidy. Laurie and Mark had everything we needed (towels, shower supply’s, blow dryer, washer, dryer, snacks, coffee, cream, and so much more). They were also great with communication, even checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was fairly close to everything we wanted to experience in Burlington. 10-30 minute walk to local shops and brewery’s. We hope to stay here again!

Great alternative to hotel lodging…you are in a quiet residential neighbourhood in a side apartment to a beautiful home. Lots of windows makes it feel like you are living in a well appointed screen porch. Has all the amenities you need, including a heated bathroom floor. Owners Laurie and Mark are very welcoming and accommodating to needs.

The apartment is perfect for two people and extremely private despite being attached to a house. It looks exactly like the pictures and the owners put in a lot of effort and attention to details. It’s close to hiking, food, shopping, swimming, literally everything you would want to do. If we go to Vermont again we will definitely rent this property again it was perfect.

Great amenities, very clean and comfortable. Perfect for what we needed. Close to a lot of stuff including Burlington Beer company. Which was one of our favorite drops this weekend. Great farmers market Saturday morning. Very hospitable And friendly. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

This is an excellent, quiet spot for two in South Burlington, close to breakfast spots and Zero Gravity brewery. Church Street is two miles away. The mattress is soft. If you like a hard mattress, this one won't satisfy. We found it easy to sleep on after spending our days at the jazz festival and visiting area sites. The hosts live on site and are friendly but respectful of guests' privacy.

Easy access into the apartment and great communication with the host. Though we didn’t need to use it, we appreciated that there was a washer & dryer just in case.
