Zal nooit meer terug komen.

De bedjes bij het kinderzwembad waren comfortabel maar enorm smerig. Overal vlekken.

Het eten was enorm karig. Mevrouw bij de check-in ging zuchten en met haar ogen rollen op het moment dat wij wilde inchecken.

Muy mala atención a la familia extranjera

El hotel ofrece diversidad de comidas y bebidas.

Teníamos al lado una pareja que hacía ruidos desde la 1 am, fuimos a descansar en familia y no se pudo descansar ningún día porque los vecinos no dejaron dormir, Informamos 3 veces al hotel y no nos cambiaron de habitación.

My children loved it their stay

The areas and facilities were clean, but some areas were out of service or lacking maintenance. The staff treatment was FABULOUS! The service was great in every way. It is a great option for traveling with children.

The food is terrible. There are no options at the buffet. There are no varieties. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. They do not allow you to request snacks during the hours the buffet is open. Since only people who pay for the day pass can order. Which is absurd. You are obliged to eat between 12pm and 2pm only from the buffet.

Going to Curaçao? Rent a house for the endurance of your stay and go to Kunuke with a day pass

We had a nice big appartement on the ground floor close but not to close to one of the 4 pools. All rooms had a comfortable bed and airco. One room had its own bathroom. The appartmen itself was clean on arrival. The gardens were well maintained

(1) There was no supervision at the pools and water slides. Seems only on the (more busy) weekends there is supervision at the big water slides and someone that walks from pool to pool. The traffic lights at the water slides were missing (wires hanging out!) or didn’t work. (2) poolwater not clean I also wonder what the water quality is since almost no chemicals seem to be used and the water wasn’t really clear. (3) hotelroom/appartment cleaning Everywhere this resort is advertised as a hotel resort. Then you expect hotel services regarding cleaning, however during our stay the apartment was never cleaned, towels were not renewed. I can live with the the bedsheets weren’t renewed during our 4 day / 3 nights stay but a daily check by the resort if a towel should be renewed would have given us a way better experience. Just like in a descent hotel you get one big and one small towel per person, but after two nights we simply ran out. We had to go to the reception 3(!) times to ask for new towels on the 3rd day. The nice lady at the reception started with rehearsed answer imprinted by the management stating it’s the local laundry that sometimes doesn’t deliver enough towels and new sheets but this isn’t simply true. We’ve been to several great resorts and hotels on the island and they manage this way better than Kunuku. If you don’t get enough towel simply buy more towels or start your own laundry. It’s not that hard. The resort is big enough to make this profitable; even when you add a laundry service for your customers own clothes. After complaining 4 towels were delivered in the evening, but we were with 6 persons….. sight…. After another complained we got some extra bathing towels so we at least all could take a nice shower with a clean towel. I do wonder how this mostly native Dutch Management is taking a shower at home? Dry in the hot sun of Curaçao?

I went a lot to Kunuku but for now I will not comeback anymore

almost 70% of the attractions were closed and nowhere was this advertised which is false advertising.

Good facilities

Gym facilities was great. pool area/playground was great apartments great

Food and drinks in the all inclusive was really poor. Dutch food/fried food sucken. Service was good but very slow.

I' m a local and wasnt happy at all

The slides were good.

Staff needs more training. Food wasnt what we expected. It's an all inclusive resort but there are a lot of restrictions for the guests. If you want to go with your children I would suggest you book a day pass instead of a stay.

nothing at all

poor wifi, no network in my room. no aktivities at all for adult. after 7pm you have nothing to do. food wasn't good. you pay a lot of money to stay in a place that didn't worth it. need to wait 2 hrs for receive my room. they didn't clean my room during my stay. they don't have a doctor or nurse for emergency cases. first day i lose ours at the property and they gave us at the end of stay a daypass that is not worth the money that we lose

Disapointed

Good service and clean.

Food is poor and will not recommend one night stay. Becauce you will get only dinner and breakfast and all activities are during the "daypass" so it's better to pay the daypass instead of one room for one night stay.

Excellent resort with great staff!

Great family resort with excellent pools, food & drinks, 2 amusement rides and every night entertainment. Unfortunately our daughter tested positive for covid19 but the staff reacted very nicely. We immediately got a separate room for her and they ensured we had all facilities to take care for her. Many thanks, especially to Caroline the manager and Ed, the senior employee who was so involved and kind. Top crew, thank you!

The location is quite remote and taxis are expensive so the location fits best if you plan to spend most of your time on the resort itself like we did. Taxis are reliable fortunately so we did visited Willemstad and a nice beach nearby.

the cleaning staff We did not recive cleaning we recive it after 2 days !! After we ask att the frontdesk !!! Our bathroom did not have something to put a soap in !! The shower were had nothinf to hang it on We ask cleaning if they could clean they say not now im going home ! Power went off 4 x in our appartment there was nobody on duty We had to look for the kitchen chef to help us After a while somebody they ( the chef) call came from home i guess to help us !! After all the place is nice ...
