Nestled in Ocean Isle Beach, this lovely condo for $123 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Escape to the ocean, bask in the sun and leave your cares behind. A queen bed and brand new queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress provide sleeping for up to 4 people. Prep your meals in the microwave and store your snacks and drinks in the tall fridge with freezer. Brew your morning coffee (ground or Kcups) in the standard or Keurig coffee makers. Jam out to tunes while you shower with our bluetooth enabled bathroom speaker. Enjoy views of the intercoastal waterway, ocean and sunset from our top floor deck. Chill to the sounds of the summer concert series across the street on the sun deck or BBQ area. Relax by the pool after a busy day at the beach and explore the downtown area - beach, pier, park, restaurants, ice cream and shops all within walking distance. Enjoy the large flat screen smart tv during your down time and stream a movie or catch up on your favorite shows. Free ice maker and pay soda machine available on the 1st floor. Enjoy the touchless bathroom sink that keeps hand germs down - it runs automatically after each flush for 20 seconds. Basic kitchen supplies provided including plates, bowls, cups, mugs, silverware, knives, dish scrubber & soap, hand soap and dish drying rack. Kitchen supplies include sugar, creamer, coffee, salt and pepper. To set up the sofa bed, simply reach to the back center of the couch for a handle and pull towards yourself (leaving all cushions in place). The bed should roll straight out and cushions will be kept securely in place underneath. *Please do not attempt to move the couch by lifting it by the arms as they will come off - it's designed that way ;)

I thought a roof top patio view world be on a roof top. Not the end of the world. Wish the room had cooking capabilities. Nice room and nice place.

This was the perfect stay for my family of four! We stayed two nights and were able to walk everywhere! We walked to the beach, restaurants for all meals, mini golf, a nice park with a playground and splashpad (right across the street!), 3 different ice cream places, shops, arcades, and more! The condo was very nice with everything we needed plus. Just be sure to bring your own towels and bedding! And Paige was very accommodating with a special request! We will definitely be back!

Paige was an awesome host, great communication and was willing to try and get us in early to the room so that we could make the most of our two days at the beach! The room is absolutely accommodating for two people, plenty of space and fully stocked! It was no problem bringing our own linens and towels. Quick walk to beach and we had an awesome dinner at Ocean Isle Beach Company. Only suggestions would be to add beside lamps and a full length mirror. Would definitely stay here again!

Although Mother Nature and health problems delayed our start to our trip, Paige was very quick to respond to my many questions. We got there a day late but had a great time. It was about a 4 to 5 min walk to get to our spot on the beach! The unit was equipped with items needed. We brought our own towels, sheets And blanket vs renting and worked out fine Definitely would stay again. Went to sugar shack for dinner and we love the food all in all a nice enjoyable long weekend. Thanks Paige!!!

We had so much fun during our stay. Paige was very quick responding to questions i had, and the room was perfect! We brought our griddle for dinners and the counter space was great for it! I would definitely recommend this spot, and would love to come back!!

The room was very clean, up to date, just enough room. Just a few things that could be improved 1). Needs an elevator. My husband has leg disabilities and we had quite a time getting our luggage, etc up to the third floor. The ice machine was broken for the 4 days we were there. The amenities need to be more specific. We were instructed to bring linens and towels. However we did not have hair dryer, needed TP and trash bags.

Great location centeal to beach and island restaurants. Would have appreciated a few more amenities like linens - bath and dish towels, a few more coffee cups, and some way to cook/prepare food (in addition to the microwave). Quiet. We had a great vacation.

This was a last minute overnight stay. We reserved the room and got a reply within minutes from the owners. Everything was set up in under 90 minutes. Property was in a great location, perfectly appointed as described. Thank you for a perfect little respite! Will definitely recommend and stay again.

My major concern was that I was given instructions to call a local number for the door code however noone answered nor called back to respond to the message I left. Secondly, the two mail boxes in front of the building have numbers not matching the street number I on the website. Thirdly, the unit is overpriced for a place providing no sheets nor towels and expecting you to wash, dry and put up any dishes you used and to carry the trash out. There is no closet in the unit and the bathroom light did not work. The main thing is not answering the calls....you are on your own there and if something is needed it is your problem.

We needed a place to stay for a night for a wedding, and this place was great! Great location - we had the best time riding bikes and you can rent them right across the street! Easy rental to access and had mostly everything we needed! One tip for the ladies is I could not find a hair dryer-so bring one of those if you need it! Overall, we would stay here again!
