Apartment was spacious with all facilities that we need with the little one

The apartment was larger than we expected.

Plenty of space and extremely clean. Hosts communication was very good.

We traveled to visit family in Chichester. Our stay was excellent. It is a great, spacious apartment, that has everything you need. The owners took care of everything and were really welcoming. Thank you! 🙂Great experience.

Difficult to initially find apartment entrance from parking space. Would strongly recommend providing a plan showing path/paths to take as the development signposting not helpful.

Everything! Beautiful modern and spacious. Loved the huge windows and the white venetian blinds! The design and location were good.

There was nothing to dislike about anything. I would live here in a heart beat. If I was to be picky, then I would say that I did not get along with the toaster because it tryed to eat my ancient grain bread!

Instructions to find the property from the car park need to be more detailed it took us about 30 minutes to locate the flat from the car park. Customers should also be made aware how far the car park is from the property when booking the property as we were only made aware of this when the money had been taken, we had brought an 8 month old baby and had lots of things for her,we had to keep bringing the car to another car park to unload before returning it to the correct car park.

Loved the spaciousness and cleanliness. Loved the comfortable beds.

Impossible to find the allocated parking space when arriving after dark. Thankfully managed to find and use a Visitor space. It would have been helpful to at least find a small bottle of milk in the fridge upon arrival so that we could have made a cup of tea. Instead, having found the Visitor space, we had to go out again. Google maps doesn’t take you close to the property. The old hospital site is divided in two, and if you land in the wrong part it’s a challenge (and a five minute circular drive) to get to the ‘right’ side and locate the car park. The addition of a ‘What Three Words’ location identifier for the car park would have been incredibly helpful. There were no clear directions about hooking up to the Wi-Fi. We found them as we were shutting up shop to leave. They should be placed by the entrance, where the parking permit is to be found, for easy access.

Very spacious for a one bed apartment. High ceilings and well equipped.

Cannot park very close to the apartment and road access restricted and quite difficult. Signage around the development poor. All roads have the same name so you need to follow numbers, but they only sign the numbers nearest to you. Satnav can easily send you in on the wrong approach and then you get stuck. You have to go back out and come miles around (literally) to find the right way in. Set Aldi as an interim destination, PO19 7AG and you cannot help coming in on the correct side! From there it is very easy.

Front door does not lock when you are inside apartment. Have to use chain on door. Crockery could be of a higher quality for a luxury apartment. Need information showing local restaurants, bus services, best way to walk to Chichester etc

property was larger than expected lots of room which was great. the property was also clean and had a smart tv so you could watch netflix or Amazon prime another added bonus.

- very difficult to find a map or instructions would of been helpful. - running slightly behind with checkout at 11am we had someone knocking on the door at 11:02 asking for the keys, which I personally found a bit much it would of been nice for them to give us 5 minutes grace.

Directions from the car to the property need improving. We had to ask amazon courier for help.

The apartment was clean and well presented. We really only used it as a sleep-over, but there were plenty of facilities within the apartment if your were using it during the day.

I have subsequently discussed this response with the owner. Once you know where the apartment is, it is easy but it took us the best part of 45 mins to find it. Whilst not the fault of the owner, the numbering system on the road does not go as high as the apartment number and you have to walk past the building and around 3 corners to find it. The residents need to add a sign with the final group of numbers. A little bit warm given the temperate weather and the two Dyson fans were struggling. Although I like Dyson products, more traditional fans might be more effective.

the location was not good for us as we didn’t have a car. taxi and Uber services were not dependable. A fair walk from city centre especially with luggage. also, apartment closets, drawers, were cluttered with unneeded things, no coffee machine. apartment was very warm and hard to cool off, even at night as windows could not be left open (ground floor). 2 small fans were provided but didn’t provide much relief. window coverings in bedroom would be nice to keep in cool.

1. Initially it was less easy to find than I expected; parking space? Fine, but a simple sketch map to help find the flat would have been useful as there are no signs. 2. A tea-cloth would have been useful for drying the washing up; perhaps I couldn’t find it!

This flat had every item you could think of . Little touches meant it was fantastic to stay in . Very considerate hosts
