About this house rental
Townhouse finished in 2021. Two story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths with attached garage. Master and second bedroom each have one queen bed and third bedroom with 2 queen beds with linens included. Open concept first floor includes kitchen with island seating; large expandable dining table and comfy living room with gas fireplace and smart TV. All basic kitchen necessities are stocked included Keurig, crockpot, blender, serving dishes and plenty of glasses. Open den area upstairs with additional couch and smart TV. Private patio off living room with fire pit and grill and seating. Lots of open common space in complex for yard games. Attached garage is for great parking and for ski equipment or bikes in the summer. Please inquire if you would like to bring a pet, restrictions and fees apply. Please inquire about rates on long term rentals. We aim to make your stay carefree.

Wanted a place to stay away from the wedding venue. This townhouse fit the bill. Clean, and quiet. Short walk into the charming town.

This property was absolutely awesome! So much attention to detail and all looked brand new. The beds were super comfy and the room layouts were perfect. It was a short walk to the downtown area and just a few minutes to the ski slopes. We are already looking forward to next year and will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely love this property location during Fall Fest for multiple reasons. Most importantly is the sleeping of eight and kitchen space. This particular unit we really enjoyed (even more so than one of the other layouts) with regard to beds and dining space. The kitchen table with bench vs chairs was so great to have providing everyone a seat. Cleanliness of unit and availability of kitchenware was excellent. Fantastic stay.

Family Ski Weekend
This property was absolutely beautiful! Everything is brand new with much attention paid to detail. Very comfortable with everything that we needed. Centrally located to Holiday Valley and close proximity to down town amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Our trip was short, but everything g was perfect - the weather, the slopes, and this house. Plenty of room for ski equipment in garage; comfortable common area to eat, visit, play cards, laugh; easy walk to town for restaurants and shopping. All good! Would love to return in future!

We had a wonderful time in Ellicottville for my future daughter-in-laws bachelorette party. This place was perfect. So spacious, clean, and comfortable for our entire group. So close to everything and we were able to walk. I would definitely stay here again!

This a great place in many ways. While we were only in town for one night this charming townhouse has all the amenities and plenty of space to gather together and/or spread out. Close to town and all attractions it fit our family of five perfectly and looked to be cozy anytime of the year. Owners were great, it's very clean and we certainly recommend it.

Our plan is to try out different homes on our visits so we have a chance for our guests to stay in them too! The home smelled brand new when we walked in, so cute and modern! Plus had everything you could want and need for a weekend or even week trip to Ellicottville! My fiancé already wants to book the property for NYE when we come snowboarding! See you soon!
