Located in Bethany Beach, this attractive house for $393 per night is a great option for your next trip. Oceanblock, and one block from Bethany’s main street, this newly renovated 4 bedroom, 4 full bath beach home is perfect for your next vacation. The house is a mere 200 yards from the beach, with no need to cross any major roads or highways to get there. Just renovated in 2021, this beach house sleeps up to 12 guests and features a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, living room with two large sofas, family size custom banquette dining area, an enclosed front porch, and an outdoor shower for post-beach cleanup. At the rear of the house, two decks offer still more space to rest and relax, overlooking a stone-paved courtyard that’s perfect for grilling, lounging, tossing beanbags/cornhole, or just watching the children play. A large outdoor dining area in the courtyard is perfect for a crab feast. With driveway parking for 3-4 cars, you can park your car and simply walk to the beach, boardwalk, and Bethany’s downtown shops and restaurants. Children are welcome! A highchair and pack ‘n play are available at no additional charge. Guests provide their own sheets and linens, and we are happy to recommend linen-rental companies. This beach house can be rented along with two additional units at the rear of the property--creating up to a 7 bedroom, 6.5 bath compound, with three kitchens and separate spaces perfect for larger gatherings and multi-generational vacations. From the moment I booked, the host was extremley kind and accomodating. He was very communicative and was able to help us with any questions we had. The property is in a great location and had tons of space. I was hoping the hot tub would have been open, but beyond that no complaints!

Loved it!!! Property was clean, bright and owner was very communicative and friendly! Plenty of room for the kids to run around and play, and the adults took advantage of the courtyard, grill and deck to hold all of our beach gear and coolers! The location couldn't be beat. Five minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, food and shops was key!

The house is literally a short block away from everything—beach, boardwalk, restaurants and icecream shops, you name it. We loved sitting outside in the backyard or balcony too. Bill, the host, has been so helpful giving us a lot of tips, in terms of recommendations and how to keep our two kiddos entertained. Cannot ask for a better vacation rental!

A spacious, well-kept house with several nice-sized rooms for adults and a room with bunk beds for kids. A really nice and bright enclosed front porch area, upper decks for grabbing some sun, and a courtyard out back with grill. The location is unbeatable, a little more than a block from the boardwalk and also from the main drag. And owner Bill is outstanding, very attentive and quick to communicate. Would stay again for sure, highly recommend!

The hosts were extremely communicative and the house itself was wonderful. Beautiful balcony, outdoor shower for the beach days, and right next to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. The only downside is you must provide bath towels and bed sheets (blankets and pillows are covered), but again the hosts made us aware of this well before our visit and had a few friendly reminders!
Would definitely recommend for larger groups or families.

Thanks for keeping the hot tub open for us. It rained most of the weekend and there were no we took our shoes off, but it would have been nice to have some mats by the doors.

We decided very last minute that we wanted to get away for a bit for Spring Break. Luckily we found this house available! After reaching out with questions and booking information, we received prompt responses and a very accommodating host! The house is in the perfect location. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and to the action on Garfield Parkway. The house had more space than we needed for our family of five. We loved the outdoor space with the fire pit and hot tub. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great house in a great location in Bethany Beach!

We were a large multi-generational family group that rented the big house and the two bedroom apartment. Everyone loved the place. The well-equipped kitchen, the location near the beach and downtown, the spacious bedrooms and baths. So much fun! And I can't forget the "courtyard", between the house and the apartment in the rear. We spent many memorable evenings there, around the picnic tables and and chairs. Very good layout.

This house is nicely appointed and well cared for. Bedrooms and baths are great spaces. Living area could use some more comfy seating.
The patio area was the icing on the cake.

This is our 2nd year staying at this house. It is a nice house with a great location. Quiet street but only a quick walk to the beach and the downtown strip/boardwalk. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, one block from Bethany beach
Bill was extremely responsive and wonderful to work with. Easy check in process. Great outdoor decks and patio. Awesome location, just one block from the beach and downtown Bethany Beach town center - lots of beach shops, restaurants, happy hour spots and ice cream stands. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards were provided.

Best overall rental in Bethany beach
The property is well maintained, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were new and comfy. The bathrooms were clean and updated. It was walk-in ready. The owner answered our minor questions via email in minutes. Located on a quiet street and a short walk to restaurants and the beach. We can't wait to book this rental for next year!

The house is located about a block and a half from the beach and about a block from the main boardwalk strip in Bethany. The house can comfortably fit 8-10 people and was very clean. The outdoor grill and courtyard area are great for games and family dinners. Bill was incredibly responsive from the time that we booked all the way through our check-out and was always available to answer questions or provide information to help make our experience perfect. I will definitely be looking to book this house in the future and I would recommend it to anyone, whether you are doing a family trip or a trip with a group of friends.

This home was a family vacation for 2 families with children ages 4 and under. There are 2 master suites with full bathrooms upstairs + a bunk room and an additional full hall bathroom. Our rented crib and/or pack n' play easily fit in these master rooms and sound did not carry between rooms (total of 4 kids...there was an occasional bedtime meltdown or 2...) The bunks are built in and only 1 lower bunk was used for the 4-year-old. Not easy (for Grandma) to make those bunk beds and I was glad to only need the lower bunk.
Downstairs is another bedroom with a full bath. FOUR full bathrooms! And 2 with tubs. This home would be perfect for 3 couples with or without older children but we managed well with an infant, a toddler, and 2 preschoolers.
There are nightlights in all the key places and stepstools in the bathrooms (SO helpful!) plus a high chair, a double stroller if needed, beach toys and equipment, picnic tables, and Adirondack chairs on the patio and a very well equipped kitchen. There is even an additional smaller fridge in the laundry room for cold drinks or extra food storage. The sunroom was a lovely additional space to use but could use more comfortable cushions on the wicker furniture.
The proximity to town was PERFECT. We had the bad luck of visiting after the Nor 'easter that closed the Bethany beaches but were able to enjoy Fenwick Island State Park Beach not far away. Plus--A great playground 2 blocks away, and for one little boy who is obsessed with Fire trucks, the fire station is a block and a half away. We had the good luck of being invited to see the fire trucks up close.
One suggestion I would offer is to have a supply of some plastic ware for use on the patio. However, the kitchen otherwise has just about everything.
Bill was quick to respond to messages and patient wth my numerous questions. I have suggested a binder with all house details and parking info to review and he happened to be in the process of putting that together. That will be helpful.
It was a great stay and a chance to discover some new activities locally due to the beach closure.

Wonderful host and excellent stay!
We absolutely loved staying here! With two little kids it can be difficult to find great lodging but this place was great. Bill was super on top of communication and provided excellent amenities. We plan to come back next year!
