Perfect location ! Close to downtown as well as lots of other activities. The only downside of the property was the water pressure. There also is not enough silverware for the amount of people the property sleeps. But overall was a great visit !!

The property was built in the heart of the city. Very easy to go downtown or up to broad ripple. The home was spacious and welcoming. Jim was a great host. He answered all our questions and was very gracious. Great host and great home!!

The check in process was very simple, the house was very clean. The only down fall was there was no TV's in the bedrooms there was only one in the living room. The kitchen was great. The property manager responded quickly to our needs. We would stay here again if we needed. Location is nice as well, and convenient to where we needed to go.

Pros: spacious Some modern updates Great communication with host Close to downtown Comfy beds Beautiful bathroom Dog friendly The park across the street Games! Cons: Stairs - very difficult to use. Railing is SO loose it could fall over at any time so there was nothing to help getting up the stairs There were many dips and divets in the floor all over the house We were scared to use the pantry as there is a hole/cracked floor board when you enter on the right side so we tried not to use it because we didn't want to make it worse or to get hurt. The water pressure is horrific & took forever to get hot The dryer took us 4 times to dry 1 load The oven handle/door is broken It's very limited when it comes to kitchen utensils, cookware, bowls, etc. so if you plan to cook - bring your own. Vents were disgustingm caked on dust Unclear as to when trash needed to go out - there was already trash in the cans so we didn't have them all available to dispose of our trash The TV mount was not secure There was a hole randomly in the wall by the TV which was off putting The big table was great but half the chairs were so wobbly and felt like they were going to break at any minute The area was a little sketchy around the property All these issues made our stay a bit difficult and bothersome. Especially with health issues, our kids and dog. Not sure we'd rent again The big table was a plus however

The host was phenomenal when it comes to communication. The home was as advertised and suited my needs well. I would recommend anyone to stay here on their trip to Indianapolis.

We were attending a three day swim meet at IUPUI. The house was close to the university. We were across the street from the park where we could walk, and that made it really nice. . There is a grocery store and restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have a house that had enough room and privacy for two families. A suggestion is if you plan to cook, and we did, you might want to bring plasticware. There were only 5 forks for the four of us. This would not prevent us from coming back to this house. Enjoyed it and will return if we have another swim meet at the college. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Awesome trip to Indy. The place is as advertise. Kitchen has all necessary utensils and cooling supplies. Lots of room for the four adults and one toddler. Parking across the street was easy and easy to get around. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Great value during the week compared to hotels rooms!!

Our stay was awesome! Very clean! Had everything we needed! Neighbor hood was quite, the park across the street was great for walking my dog! Location was great, close to everything we wanted to do! Communication with the owner was very good! We would stay here again!

Perfect house for our quick getaway with the kids. The surrounding area is great with a park right out of your front door. Plenty of space for everyone and very comfortable.

Jim has a great spot with this house in a very cute neighborhood. Perfect for a family and pets. Plenty of space with a nice park right across the street. Lots of awesome restaurants just a short drive down College. We will definitely be back! Thanks Jim!

My kids and I were in town for GenCon. Hotel prices were horrible this year, so we we decided to get a house. The owner was very informative. The house was nice, clean, well-equpped.

Charming little cottage tucked away in the heart of downtown Provo. Beds are comfy and cozy with blankets and comforters. Host was attentive and responsive, although communicating through email is slow and I would have preferred texting. Be aware that check in is late - 6 PM. But the host said they plan to change check in to 5 PM, which is still on the late side, but not a dealbreaker. I would definitely stay here again.

The #1 best thung I can say about this property is gow GREAT the communication was!! The host answered back always immediately, within an hour and usually much less! He was helpful and polite and he some deserved the 5 stars! The listing is accurate in description and location is ideal for hitting downtown. Also, free street parking worked great. We would definitely stay in this location and/ or host again!

We visited for two nights and while the home is spacious, unfortunately we were disappointed with the cleanliness. There is an odor on the carpet and rugs that we tried to air out but with no success. Many of the reviews are 5 stars, but we give 3.5. The bathrooms are nice, and so is the kitchen. But the home could use some TLC and a deep cleaning.

Jim was very responsive to all concerns and communication. The railing going downstairs is very loose. Overall the property was good for the purpose we needed it for. Comfortable for all of us staying. The oven needs to be cleaned.

My best friend and our kids came here to stay for my sons 5th birthday. The house was beautiful and the owner was very responsive with messages. The area is a perfect location. Especially if you’re looking to be within 10 mins of all city activities. I would definitely reccomend staying here

Spent a few days here to visit some areas outside of downtown. Location was great…children’s museum and zoo were short drives and it’s right across from a large park. Neighborhood was nice - enjoyed looking at all the designs of homes around the park. One issue was being sent the check-in code only 30 min before check in time which was a little nerve racking. But house was nice with cool wall art. Bannister on stairs really needs to be fixed and could use more plates, cups in the kitchen. Overall though it fit our needs just fine.

Owner was incredibly quick to respond to all communication. Very clean, comfortable and centrally located to most downtown Indy attractions and hot spots. Very welcoming to our goldendoodle (pet-friendly, nice places are hard to find!) and there was a great park right across the street for dog walking. Nice extra amemities with toiletries, kitchen extras and streaming services. We would definitely stay there again.
