Lovely and spacious apartment, very comfortable for a small family.

There isnt much not to like as all was great. One little comment though, some stronger light in the bathroom.

the is location of the apartment is lovely… the apartment it’s self is perfect, quite unusual for this style of apartment in Gozo.. I went with my young family they felt very comfortable staying there. would definitely recommend.

the common area into the apartment could do with some attention..the lift wasn’t working not a problem for us but definitely could be for some.. also the stairwell area could be a more regularly cleaned..

The apartment is very big and more than enough space for the 3 of us (would say 6 could be comfortable in here) and it has some interesting, eclectic furnishings and is in a great location - everything is easy to reach. The bed was very comfortable and linen provided was very clean. It was good to see adequate recycling options provided too and although we had read about the charge for AC it would of been good to have indicative costs and an option to use a fan in place of AC. There was the option in the living room with one large fan but not in the bedrooms where you needed it, in the August heat, so we resulted to paying for the AC! There are 3 coin operated AC's (one in each bedroom + living room) They take 1 or 2 Euro coins and we roughly used 3 EUR for a nights sleep ie 7-8hrs usage

When we arrived, there was the previous guests dirty laundry and their rubbish also in 2 bin bags just inside our flat. This wasn't an issue in itself but I messaged the management company through the Booking.com app as soon as I arrived at 4pm to let them know it needed collecting but after 3 days when we left, there was still no reply from them! We ended up putting it outside our apartment as didn't want it smelling inside but the lack of communication was poor. The cleaners left us with a drizzle of washing up liquid which seemed to have already been watered down and went on the 1st dish wash. Probably as a result of this, the cafeteire and some of the dishes in the cabinet were not clean. There was also only one tiny bar of soap provided for 2 bathrooms and the kitchen, and the tiniest of shower gel bottles for 3 nights stay. Luckily we had taken supplies from our previous hotel stay which we used but this should of been provided as advertised. We had a lovely fluffy, clean bath towel but no handtowels or bath mats leading us to skid across the bathroom floor which took water as the shower does not have a screen - we resulted in using the 4th bath towel provided that we didn't need as a bath mat which wasn't ideal as it was so large and only serviced one of the two bathrooms. It's a shame as the apartment is nice but feels like they have skimped too much on some of the basics that should be included and with their lack of communication, I'm not sure I'd recommend this place.

nice flat, nice atmosphere. kitchen fully filled with lot of cups, cuttlery coffe machine, etc... product for cleaning dishes and clothe :). they gave us a baby cot :)

Like in previous comments the water pressure in the bathroom is low(ou can still wash your long hair full of shampoo), and I would appreciate to have a fan ( like in the living room) in each room if we do not want to pay for the air co.
