A few minor areas for improvement, but overall pleasant, clean and great value. Would recommend.

Pleasant, responsive and flexible host. Clean and comfortable place. Check in and check out were easy. Despite the negatives mentioned it's still very good value. Would definitely recommend it.

Couch not comfortable at all, I recommend you replace. Washer / dryer while convenient was very complex to operate. I recommend you leave a copy of the operating manual. Despite the washer also operates as a dryer, it takes a very long time to dry and is quite loud. Not convenient when trying to sleep. I recommend to include a foldable drying rack in the future. There was no kettle. One of the bed side lamps did not work. The internet was down for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed.

Clean, comfortable and good location.

The apartment was in a great location. We did have a little difficulty obtaining the key as the incorrect contact number was given to us, however K arrived got us in and did a full explanation of attractions etc.

It would be helpful to have some instruction manual for the induction cooktop….could’nt use it at all (I have one at home but this one was different). There was no kettle to boil water for tea or coffee, so stove would have been handy. Microwave tea just doesn’t quite cut it. Also no instruction manual for the washing machine. All else was fine. Towels were lovely and ample cutlery hidden in the drawer down under the oven.

Good stay overall.

Good location. Close to metro. Nice restaurant opposite. Comfortable bed and seating area.

Very limited supplies in kitchen - no salt, pepper, cooking oil; only 1 coffee pod for coffee machine. Towel rail in bathroom was broken. Construction noise next door in the morning.

It is all about expectation and requirements

+ 2 min walk to Metro (search for metro exit via elevator, direction rua de bomjardim - saves a long walk around the block) + all you need to sleep + rest + washing machine / dryer + friendly host / uncomplicated + clean + good local shop around corner + perfect starting point to discover Porto + price-performance ratio Summary: We would come back in case returning to Porto. The right place if you do expect a good, quite place to sleep rather than golden doorknobs.

- loose towel holder (nothing serious) - no cutlery (but we had our own)

L’appartamento è comodo e spazioso, diviso molto bene, con il letto comodo e spazioso. La cucina un po’ stretta ma funzionale. Buonissima sistemazione a dieci minuti dal centro in ottima posizione.

Lasciamo stare le difficoltà nell’utilizzare il piano ad induzione, ma ho una domanda: dove diavolo sono le posate??!! In una cucina tutta completa e funzionale mancano le posate, (o noi non le abbiamo trovate) assurdo!
