We had a fantastic stay at Tommaso's Villa. We were made to feel very welcome and at home. The villa was clean, comfortable, spacious with great facilities. The pool was great and the gardens well kept. It was amazing to be able to walk to the beach in 10mins - and it was one of the best beaches we've been to ever. Great sand, clean with turquoise warm seas! Tommaso treated us with some delicious sweet Sicilian pastries which was very kind and generous of him. Thank you for a great stay - we would highly recommend staying at this villa.

We had 3 wonderful weeks at this house, and it was a memorable experience for our first visit to Sicily. Positives: - Tommaso the owner: first and foremost, Tommaso was so wonderful, very friendly and he made sure we had everything we needed for our holiday-stay. He sometimes sent me WhatsApp messages with some nice recommendations where to visit, eat, drive, and he very kindly gave us delicious, traditional cakes from the wonderful Bar900 (a MUST-visit!) in Alcamo - thank you Tommaso, you were wonderful. - The House: very clean, it had everything our family needed, the swimming pool was so wonderful and the family swam in it nearly every day even though the nice beach was close-by, air-conditioning throughout the house to cool down, WiFi (not the fastest, but it was suitable for our family during a holiday), and international TV channels, it is a very nice house. By the way, the sun-sets are beautiful :-) - Cost Of Living: I know this has nothing to do with Tommaso's house, but the cost of shopping, easting in restaurants, enjoying going out, etc are very good value. - Rita from VRBO: Thank you to Rita from VRBO, she helped with all my questions before we decided on this house, and then when our luggage was delayed arriving, she worked her magic and helped make sure it was delivered to our house quickly. You helped to make the holiday wonderful. (small) Negative: - Location: You will need to rent a car to get to any shops and restaurants due to the house's location, there isn't anything within walking-distance. However, the nice beach and wonderful sea is only about a 10min walk down the road, so very close. Last word - a lovely house, a kind and friendly owner Tommaso, very helpful VRBO representative Rita, lovely and memorable sun-sets, very enjoyable.

All'arrivo alla villa vi accoglierà il proprietario Sg Tommaso che è di una gentilezza e simpatia enorme. Vi farà sentire a casa vostra. Qualche mattina ci ha viziati lasciando anche dei pasticcini per la colazione nella veranda. La casa è vicinissima alla spiaggia di Balestrate per andare a piedi, 10 km di spiaggia libera pulitissima, tranquilla e frequentata dai residenti locali. Essendo il golfo di Castellamare ci sono delle onde discrete quando c'è scirocco ma si sta benissimo in acqua e non è pericoloso perché non è profonda. Abbiamo passato una settimana di fuoco mentre in Sicilia c'erano incendi ovunque, noi freschi freschi in ammollo in piscina nelle ore più calde. La casa ha l'aria condizionata sia sotto in soggiorno che sopra nelle camere. Dotata di ogni confort, nella cucina trovate di tutto per cucinare, anche per fare centrifuga, robot di cucina... Nel giardino ci sono un ulivo e una pianta di ibisco meravigliosi oltre una zona con piante aromatiche che potete usare per cucinare. Lavatrice, lavastoviglie e qualsiasi cosa vi serva, anche ombrellone per andare in spiaggia per esempio. Il proprietario vi consiglierà dei posti per mangiare ma anche posti da visitare (Castellamare, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello, Guidaloca, Lo Zingaro, Segesta, Marsala, Trapani) o dove comprare il pesce buono per fare alla griglia. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio, vi sentirete a casa vostra e vi innamorerete del posto. Non tutte le case hanno la piscina e sono così vicino alla spiaggia... Fate bingo con questa casa.
