Located in the highly desirable Cimmaron Bay, this beautiful 4 bed, 3.5 bath (plus a bonus room!) home on 19MM boasts stunning lake views and comfortably sleeps 14. Right across the water from Dog Days, Backwater Jack’s, and other lakeside resorts. Only 10 minutes away from Osage Beach and Bagnell Dam which host numerous restaurants, shopping centers, fine dining, fast food and grocery stores. Also close by is The Shawnee Bend public boat launch. Your newly renovated home away from home, Cimmaron Bay Retreat is ideal for both indoor and outdoor entertainment. Amazing new concrete dock, including a granite outdoor bar that seats 12 with enclosed entertainment room, fridge, a smart TV and its own WiFi. Swim platform has second outdoor TV, lounge chairs, swim ladder and diving platform. Guests have access to a 14x40 open boat slip (no lift) and double jet ski slip with lifts. Huge multi level tiered deck with large dining table, ample seating, and fire pit. Comfortable screened in rooms off of dining room and upstairs master bedroom. Main floor master bedroom has balcony with deck access and outdoor furniture. Perfect for your morning coffee or mimosa while watching the sunrise. Two car garage and street parking for three vehicles (total of five available parking spaces). High speed fiber internet and smart TVs throughout house. You’ll never want your vacation to end! Our home is ideal for multiple families. Lots of space and a warm comfortable feel. For that reason, we do not allow Bachelor/Bachelorette parties or the like. Our neighborhood is very private and secluded, full of other amazing families. We ask that you respect them by shutting down outdoor activities and moving inside by 12AM on weekends and 11PM on week nights. Your adherence to this is very much appreciated!!

Love our week at Bobby’s property. It was a great house for the 9 of us. We love the outdoor decks and fire pit. We wanted for nothing!

We were very pleased with the house, patios and dock. We were just a short walk from fishing and swimming. Six grand kids fished and swam from 8am to 8pm every day. The dock with the diving platform and large swim carpet were definitely our favorite features. Accommodation were very comfortable. Definitely recommend this location for a family get away. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive to our requests.

What a wonderful home to rent for your large family vacation. The layout of the house was ideal as everyone had their own place to escape to if needed with little ones napping or just time of your own. A lot of fridge and freezer space in kitchen, garage, and at dock. Sitting in the screened-in porches and on the deck was so peaceful in the evening and mornings. THE VIEW is breathtaking!

The dock was amazing! We spent most nights enjoying the view and the fishing right from the dock. The house was beautiful and comfortable as well. Great location for boating over to Dogs Days and Backwater Jacks and enjoying the pools!
We did bring our tri toon and attempted to tie up Saturday upon our arrival, which was challenging with the rough water from all the boat traffic. We had some damage to the boat from all the thrusting around Saturday into Sunday, so if bringing a boat, I would suggest avoiding the weekends. An added note to the listing about the rough waters on weekends if bringing a boat may be helpful to future boaters like us as well.
We still had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay. If a boat lift for renters ever becomes a possibility, we would certainly be back.

We loved staying in this home! It was well equipped with everything and the location was just perfect. Our group of 12… 6 adults and 6 kids especially enjoyed the dock.. time boating on the lake and the multiple decks with a screened in porch. We would definitely do this spot again . The location was awesome. The whole house and property very well stocked and maintained. Just FYI I had lost my phone in the lake so I checked the "manual" at the home for check out instructions. It said 10:30 am. The online instructions say 10:00 am. The cleaning lady told us we needed to be out and we hurried and got out by 10:03 am.

Where to start - easily one of the most gorgeous homes and most wonderful people to work with on a rental. The house is immaculately clean, location is perfect, we saw wild turkey and deer almost every single day on walks/drives.
Kitchen - fully loaded with everything you need in terms of dishes, cooking items, a waffle maker (this made the kids SO happy), crockpot, air fryer, Keurig and coffee pot, etc. Also a great grill on the terrace outside that was spotless!
Bedrooms - 6 bunk beds in one room, 2 masters with private bathrooms and king sized beds, a queen room with shared bathroom between the bunk room, a bonus room with 2 more bunkbeds + an air mattress and additional sleeping pad for 1.
Living area - SO much space between the indoor and numerous outdoor areas on various levels, the dock, the most comfortable couches in the world, an astonishing amount of blankets with plenty for everyone! There is also a firepit outside on the deck which was great.
Huge dining area and the kitchen table had an extension/extra leaf we were able to put in to fit all 16 of us around the table for Thanksgiving.
Parking - space for 5 cars with 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway (pretty steep and short) and one car parked on the street.
Dock - Great area with a bar table, mini fridge and 2 TV's where we were able to watch multiple football games inside the house and outside on the dock keeping everyone happy.
Toll Bridge - $2 each way to cross (offpeak) and $3 during peak season.
Activities - Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, hiking, etc. all within an easy 10 minute drive.
Hosts are amazing, so helpful and wonderful people who were available anytime we had a question and went out of their way to make our stay incredible.
We had a wonderful time and would 100% recommend the house to other families.

This property was outstanding. Beautiful home on a very nice section of the lake. Owner of the property was very fast to respond to our questions and was extremely accommodating. I would not hesitate to rent this house again if I am ever back in the area.

Our family rents an Ozark house every summer. This house was simply the best ever. It was exactly as advertised. The owners were very responsive. Everything worked. I could go on and on. We really hope we can stay in the house again next year. Highly reccomend!

We had an amazing time at the property. All prior reviews were mostly accurate. Although there is parking for 5 vehicles… be aware if you have large SUVs they won’t fit the same but we made it work. Great home, comfortable beds for all of us. We really, really enjoyed the large deck and bar on the dock. Property sits on main channel close to bars and restaurants by boat or car. Water can get rough on busy weekends but state park and coves not far away. Boat ramp drop is not super close compared to other places we’ve stayed but the Shawnee Ben’s drop is large, not far by car, just a little bit of a drive by boat. Would recommend the property to families and would stay again for sure. Bring a few extra dish and laundry pods, paper towels and toilet paper If if you have a large crew or staying a long time. Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed the layout of your property, inside and out. Very roomy and wonderful view of the lake. Everyone had a great time on the lilly pad. The dock was great and had a lot of fun jumping off the high platform on the dock. Location was close to the quieter area to take the kids tubing which was nice

Amazing! Must book!
I cannot say enough about this beautiful lake home! It was super clean, the beds were so comfortable, it was spacious to spread out in with enough bedrooms, & was meticulously maintained outside as well! The dock was great for fishing and swimming and the kids all had a blast! We will stay here again!

Relaxing and fun week at the lake
Our group had a great time at this LOTO home. We loved playing and hanging on the dock. The kids loved the high dive and lilly pad and the adults loved the mini fridge and high top table for cold drinks and poker :) The location is great. We took advantage of all of the outdoor seating options on all three deck levels and they were each wonderful. We brought our surf boat and the national park is super close and there seemed to be a lot less traffic in there. Beds were comfy - There was plenty of space for all 9 of us ( 4 adults and 5 kids). Communication with the owner was great. If you are like our families, and are mostly cooking, be sure to bring bring your own oil, salt, pepper, extra trash bags, dishwasher and laundry soap

Perfect house for a blended family. Lots of space for the kids to hang out as well as the adults. The indoor space was just as impressive as the outdoor decks and dock. The only challenge was the water so close to the main channel, a little to rough to swim on a very windy weekend. During the week after the winds calmed down it was perfect. Can't wait to come back

Great layout and plenty of room
We had a great week's stay, the layout is perfect for multiply families to have privacy while spending good quality time together. The dock was great, the decks were great. Lots of stairs, but there is no way around that for this type of property. The owner was very responsive and quickly helped us rectify a small problem we were having with one of the locks.

Great Location! Great House!
The house was perfect for three couples. Plenty of room and a well appointed kitchen with everything we could have needed. Very clean! We rented a boat and had a great time using the dock. Sitting on the deck(s) was wonderful each evening. Can't beat the views! Great communication with Bobby, the Owner. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot at the Lake. We definitely hope to return.
