clean hot tub and fix the jet tub in the bathroom

The home had a good amount of space for our family of 7. It only takes a couple minutes by car to get to Midtown. Close to shopping, food, and grocery. It's a short drive to Alto Lake and Ruidoso's Winter Park as well.

We received 3 separate emails from Evolve on 3 separate days, 2 days between each notification detailing everything we needed to know, which was great, except each one had a different Guest Contact Person...Doris, then Joe, then Jenica. When we called the last contact provided we had to leave a message and when she responded, she wanted to know what property we were at because we should've had the Owner’s contact information. The carpet is extremely worn out, as well as the living room furniture. Based on the cost for this property, I would have expected updated furnishings. There was a hole in the wall behind the hutch in the dining area you could see daylight. Since we did not receive a visit during our stay, we stuffed papertowel in the hole. The back bedroom with two beds can get a bit cold because the weatherstripping for the door needs repair. The hot tub was nice except tiny black particles started coming out when we turned on the jets. While this is a great location to Midtown, keep in mind there is no privacy. You have extremely close neighbors on either side. And the view from the deck is the back of the Verizon and True Value shopping center. The open grass area shown in the photos is not well maintained. I realize that's no fault of the owners. Just want you to be prepared and have an accurate expectation.
