שני דברים חיוביים במלון איסלה בראון מרשת הילטון- הצוות והשירות הם ואוו!! מקסימים ורק מחפשים פתרונות, כמו שאמרתי להם, המלון הזה לא ראוי לצוות כל כך טוב, ובנוסף החדרים והנוף יפיפיים

הגענו והייתה קבוצה גדולה במלון שבגללם לא יכלנו לאכול בחדר אוכל שזה ממש מבאס, שלחו אותנו לאכול בטברנה היה נחמד רק שלא ידעו מי אנחנו, ארוחת הבוקר בחדר הייתה מזעזעת, לבסוף בספא קיבלתי עיסוי ממישהי שבוודאות לא מוסמכת, זה הרגיש פשוט לא מקצועי וחבל, להבנתי הספא נפרד מהמלון אבל כל עוד הוא בתווך המלון אני מצפה לשירות הטוב ביותר, על הטיפול כמובן לא שילמתי כי זה היה באמת לא בסדר, בקיצור המלון מהמם והרגשנו שלא נהננו ממנו בכלל

incompetent staff. Room service very poor, Gym not clean. Beautiful location but my room view was to a junk yard with stray dogs hauling all day and night and when I asked to change my room, first they said we dont have any.

Breakfast was decent and good. The bar manage was the only staff we liked since he knew what is he talking about.

Нет закрытого бассейна , маленький выбор вин ( были в несезон в начале мая ) , на завтраке не подписаны многие блюда , Не работал ресторан Аля карт ( опять же не сезон )кофейные чашки без ручки максимально неудобные ! Но это все мелочи , просто единственные недочеты которые мы нашли 😁

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat. The hotel is easily accessible from Athens. Restaurant is ok. Breakfast unbelivable rich.

Hotel is the only bright dot in small city. Without much content in the tourist offer. The city itself is quite dirty and poor.

Es war alles super, das Frühstück genial! Abendessen mit Halbpension und die Getränke mussten separat jedesmal bezahlt werden, das ist echt doof.

Very nice facilities, everything brand new. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. Giorgos from the front desk was very attentive! Appreciate the room upgrade and complimentary perks !

Actually was shocked by how dirty was all the pools including the water area on the roof top . The staff at the pool bar was hard to get their attention .

From the moment we were on the way, the Costumer Relation manager, Areti Prentza, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She is such a lovely person, and the hotel was right in putting her in charge of costumer relations. I have never been treated so kindly, and it was obvious that she did it from her heart, and that she truly loved being a part of the hotel. All of the staff were amazingly helpful, and they made sure to check in whenever. Areti was conscious of everything, and made sure to help with everything we needed, from the smallest things to the biggest things. If there is a reason I will come back, it’s thanks to her!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially owing to the fact that the Guest Relations Manager, Areti Prentza and her colleague Aphrodite were very kind and always ready to help regarding any porblem we encountered. Moreover, the hotel was up-to-date, the breakfast was always fresh and delicious. We even received some gifts the first and last day of our stay. The service they offered on the beach lived up to my expectations as well.

There were some technical problems but they were dealt with as soon as possible.

The staff were so attentive friendly they made our stay super relaxed and made us feel comfortable. Service was maintained throughout the hotel, from checking in, to the bar the the beach. I would like to most especially thank all the staff that helped us during our stay, making sure we were comfortable, giving us the best recommendations of what do in the area and making us feel very welcome. GEORGE!!!! The bar manager amazing!!!! Thank you George was amazing and very attentive and all round good vibes. KONSTANTINOS!!!! Rooftop bar thank you for the amazing cocktails yum!! Everything was excellent, with the only negative being the resort being too family oriented for couples.

The breakfast was outstanding! The best ever! A great variety to choose from and all was fresh and well displayed! Great staff and very friendly who were always willing to assist and help. Thank you to Grigoris at the pool bar on the roof and George at the pool bar for outstanding service!

Nothing at all but I must point out that the pool bar upstairs is advertised as adults only and was not pleasant drinking cocktails while having kids swimming and walking around making a noise as it should be a tranquil environment. The night with the DJ it wasn’t appropriate to have noisy kids killing the vibe.

Modern hotel, beachfront location, confy beds, amazing staff, fantastic breakfast buffet. Overall the hotel is really very very nice but only for families with children 😢

So many spoiled families and children have never seen in my life. Also annoying to see during breakfast and buffet dinner so much waste of food from the guests and so much noise. Definitely not recommended for couples who need relaxed and quiet vacations.

The property was new, facilities and amenities are great for families. Staff were very friendly and attentive consistently.

The place was really nice, it is just an hour from Athens, the sea was wonderful, the amenities were excellent, the staff was very polite and friendly. In general it is a very nice place near to Athens for families (additionally it is pet friendly ) 😊

Ideally the reception desk could be more organized and helpful. In rush hours it is difficult to catch the elevator

The design and aesthetic are the only nice thing about this hotel. Don’t be fooled by the pictures.

This hotel ruined our trip. We expected staying in a 5 star hotel and our experience deserved 1 star maximum. Here is a list of things that went bad: - The water stopped working all of a sudden while I was showering. I had to stand with soap and they gave me a bottle of water to rinse off. - There was a towel shortage in the rooms and on the beach. We had to shower with hand towels multiple times and wait for hours at the beach to be supplied with some. - There was never space at the beach and by the pool. It’s always overcrowded. - Breakfast was horrible. The buffet was empty, the eggs either raw, or overcooked, cold and extremely oily. All the food was bad quality and looked disgusting. - The sheets gave me a rash on my face that I’m still trying to recover from. They were dirty and they were never changed throughout our 5 days stay. - There was only one employee at the front desk and we had to wait in a huge line to checkout on Sunday morning for approximately for more then 25 minutes. - The concierge that was supposed to organize our car was extremely unprofessional and we had to follow up a million times to guarantee it was coming. - The hotel is right by a dog kennel so you will hear dogs barking loudly all night. We didn’t sleep well throughout our stay. - The gym was never clean. I went multiple times and the equipment was always dirty. - Understaffed and unhelpful staff overall. Overall I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone and I think you should look elsewhere.

New hotel, clean, modern, very good breakfast area and selection, with good outside swimming areas

Room too small, That tiny little elevator is for laughs and should be used only by hotel personnel. Although good breakfast variety (I would say one of the best out of hundreds of 4 and 5 star hotel visited, I was not excited about the taste and frustrated about the fact that there are no eggs if you go for breakfast early. Staff seem to be young, inexperienced, and they lack manners. Not fit to work in a 5-star hotel which I would rate as a good 4-star hotel
