First off checking in was somewhat of a cluster. We didn't get into our room until 5:45 PM due to the room not being ready and then the staff not sending us the code to get into the room. We had to call the after hours line and wait for them to call us back with how to get into our room, after the staff said they would be texting the number to get in and never did. After night 1 of my daughter and son in law sleeping in the guest bedroom, my son in law slept on the couch for the duration of the stay due to no box springs on the bed and it being held up by cinder blocks...thats right cinder blocks. After making a complaint no one came to try to fix it until day 4 at 6PM of our 5 night stay, because no one from maintanance is there on the weekends. I would expect more from a PENTHOUSE! We were very disappointed in the bedding to say the least. They couldn't wait to get home to get some sleep!! The kitchen was nice and fully equipt. All in all it seemed a bit stuffy and there were tons of rules that seemed a bit much. For instance the check out list. The TV remote is to be left on the coffee table. Very strict and explicit rules for a place that has a bed sitting on cinder blocks if you ask me. For the amount of money spent, I can't say that we would stay here again.

1. The 3BR condo is beautiful & very comfortable!2. Note: The two towers are not directly on the beach and have a very active 4-lane road in front.3. Note: Do not plan your stay during "Scraping the Coast" low rider's conference at end of June as it is loud & obnoxious, and the attendees leave masses of trash behind, loud engines, horns blowing, music wailing all day & night

Location was fabulous and the office weekend staff were SO helpful. The condo itself had signs of wear and cleaning was a bit marginal. We stayed in another unit before this one that was cleaner and in better condition. I did get reprimanded at the pool for not having my armband by a guard. The gentleman next to me had his, but not on, and she gave him the business, as well. "NOT MY RULES" was her parting remark. Maybe a better system is needed?

The condo actually had 3 bedrooms. The decor was beautiful. Everything was very comfortable. We even were provided a pack n play for our grandchild to sleep in. The beach was beautiful. Every thing was quite convenient. Would definitely recommend to any one. Hope to get back at some point.

This was a great property that worked well for our family. Wife and I had king bed and nice roomy bathroom with tub and shower, son and his wife had queen with bath/shower combo, two grandkids each had their own single bed. Great kitchen, great view, really enjoyed the balcony.

This Penthouse is even more beautiful in person. The view of the beach and the night-life is amazing! The on-call staff was friendly but not at all concerned with the information I brought to them. My Family & I, 3-adults and 5-children under 8 years, visited over the labor day weekend. Upon arrival we noticed a stale smell, everything was clean so it was hard to pinpoint where it was coming from. The master room,had a bath tub the didn't drain as well as a ceiling that had begin to crumble due to what looked liked water damage.The A/C unit had to be reset, we spent what seemed like the entire day waiting for maintenance to fix it. Outside of the little hiccups that could have very well been repaired or at least mentioned, this rental was perfect.
