We enjoyed our stay at this lovely spacious property. We were able to enjoy time with family on the beautiful Rainbow River. We will rent this home again. Perfect layout and we loved the back porch.

Perfect. From the check in process to the location, size and cleanliness of the house. My family had a great time fishing, swimming and kayaking on the river. Easy for tubing as well. House was the perfect size for our extended family to enjoy some summer fun and relaxation.

My family and I stayed here to come together and relax during these hard times. We felt very safe during our stay as the property was very clean. We love that we can float down from KP hole and end up right at the house. It is right next to Swampy's so you can either float to it or walk! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend this home!

8 of us traveled ranging from 19 to 80+. The many bedroom options were perfect for comfortable rest and the common areas allowed for all of us to gather for meals, games, TV and just watching the water go by. Thank you for much needed time away with family and friends.

The house is roomy and able to house all of us comfortably. The house is truly wheelchair accessible even with the small front step at the front door. The hallways are wide and the living areas are comfortable and well appointed. Then there's the river right outside the back with a dock and kayaks and canoe. We enjoyed being on the river and watching the floaters go by. I loved the whole weekend and I know I speak for mu family. We loved the location, the comfort of the home, and the responsiveness of the owner. We has a small issue with the kitchen sink and the owner had a master plumber there within an hour. Wow! Thank you for sharing your wonderful house with us.

Our group of 8 adults from the Atlanta area were looking for a relaxing getaway, and that's definitely what we experienced! It was really difficult finding a home large enough to fit 8 adults and not encounter a bunk bed situation, but Riverflow definitely fit our needs perfectly. Aside from enjoying Rainbow Springs, we also visited Weeki Wachee Springs and Crystal River during our stay. Both of which were a relatively short drive away. When we weren't kayaking the springs, we enjoyed most of our time on the screened in patio and socializing in the spacious kitchen. We hope to make an annual springs trip and return to Riverflow next year! So lucky we found such a wonderful home! :-)

This was the perfect home for four couples, especially since six of us are kayakers. We, enjoyed this home more than we can say! We kayaked and explored 6 different rivers/springs while two husbands stayed behind. Mine did all the shopping for groceries, cooked, and clean up afterwards! He found all he need in this well stock kitchen. Our meal were always ready on time, even for our early departures. Most nights we enjoyed the pool table and learning new shots. We were blessed for sure with a beautiful view and weather too! With Swampy's and the Blue Gator near by, there was no lack of other places to enjoy! This is one VRBO that I'd rent again in a heart beat!

This was our 3rd summer staying on the Rainbow River, and with two families, (my sister and her kids)- 10 people, it is not easy to find a house to accommodate that number, without sacrificing on the amenities/location. But, this time, there was no sacrifice. This house was completely perfect!!! It had more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the kids were delighted with the game room which was loaded with toys/games/ and activities. I was very impressed with the location, being right on the rainbow river and a stone throw away from swampy's Bar and Grill, which was very convenient. The screened in sun room was by far the biggest hit with everyone; as we were able to sit in the shade and enjoy the sights and sounds of the river up close without the bugs! The owner was very responsive to questions and concerns and the check in-out process was easy. The house was also decorated very nicely, and was very clean. Issues were minor- did not know we would need to supply our own trash bags for a short term vacation rental.

The house was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed playing games in the game room, grilling out and cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The patio was our favorite! We did the singing boat tour and airboat tour and had a blast. Lots of walks and nature trails. We walked down to Swampys for dinner. Great memories!!

This home is situated on one of the most wonderful sections of the Rainbow River. Plus, the home itself is really beautiful, and the owner has decorated the home with extremely pleasing amenities. Another great feature of this home is that it is quite spacious (the master bedroom is ridiculously huge). We had 13 people in the home at one time and there was absolutely no feeling of being crowded in any way. Lastly, this home is located within walking distance of one of the best restaurants in Dunnellon, "Swampys."

We rented two homes on the Rainbow River to celebrate a 50th anniversary. This spot was the perfect gathering place for the family. It was exceptionally well stocked, with a huge kitchen with and everything we needed to prepare meals for the whole crew. The location was excellent, easy river access for both our powerboat and the throngs of paddle boarders and kayakers taking runs on the river. Rooms were all spacious with beautiful windows on the river side of the house. The game room was a hit with the kids - the board games, nice DVD collection, ping-pong/pool table all got plenty of use. Beds were comfy and the home was clean and well organized. The back screened porch was a highlight of the property and we spent lots of time there. Two afternoons we had brief thunderstorms pass through and the river was so beautiful in the rain. We watched a family of otters playing and eating during the storms. All-in-all, we loved this place! Great memories were made and we all agree we'd love to come back!

Great experience

We didn't know much about this incredible part of Florida until we started researching where to vacation with our adult children. All we knew was we wanted a time to reconnect, to get away from our hectic lives and somewhere laid back with just the right amount of activities to keep us busy, but not take away from time just visiting and reading that book that's been on my shelf for the past year. A friend had recently been to the Nature Coast of Florida, what they called Old Florida. As soon as I started looking at photos of this part of Florida, and saw the crystal clear waters or the Rainbow River, we all were hooked. Nothing about our stay at Riverflow on the Rainbow was anything but delightful. The house is amazing, we each had our own bedroom and own bathroom, the common areas were great and comfy and well decorated and THAT PORCH THOUGH! We started our days drinking our coffee and just watching the wildlife in the River, which was literally five steps from the screened in porch. Watching the otters and every type of bird and duck and turtles and the fish that you could see 15 feet down (the water really is that unbelievably clear) could keep us busy for much of the morning. The kitchen was fully equipped, we cooked a lot of meals together and the owners even made sure we had coffee for our first morning and a toothbrush in case we forgot one (which of course our son had). Afternoons we spend kayaking and tubing down from the KP Hole which was an easy afternoon leisurely float (about 3 hrs or so to Riverflow's dock.) My husband drove the kids and I up to tube back but there is an outdoor adventures (tube rentals, kayak rentals, paddleboard rentals) outfit right next door that will drive you up and let you tube back. Next door to the Outdoor Adventures place is Swampy's Restaurant and Bar which is a great local Cajun place with daily drink and dinner specials. I had the Mahi and Shrimp in a Cajun sauce over mashed potatoes. The kids had Gator bites and fried pickles (they were on vacation) and hub had the best Philly Cheesesteak he'd had in a while. The kids explored the River by kayak (the owners supplied two, one with a glass bottom and a great Grummon old school canoe complete with paddles and life vests). Other days we fished off the dock, swam off the dock and one day we even rented a pontoon so we could explore the adjacent Withlacoochee River. I'm running out of room but I'll just say STAY HERE. Best place on the Rainbow!
