NEWLY RENOVATED!! Come visit Florida's best kept secret! Destin, Florida! Our beautiful Emerald Coast has a vast array of recreation choices for a family seeking an affordable vacation. More flights are available to this area due to newly opened airports, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) in Panama City Beach and Northwest Florida Regional Airport (VPS). Once you arrive at our 'paradise away from home', you will be overwhelmed by the unobstructed ocean view. You also have a view of the gulf side pool where you are provided a beach shower, restrooms and BBQ grills. Maravilla 2408 is on the top floor near the elevator of Building #2 which faces the Gulf of Mexico overlooking the sugar white beaches. During the high season (March to October), four beach chairs along with an umbrella are setup each morning waiting on your arrival. Did I mention we welcome your PET to join you on your vacation. The master bedroom opens onto the balcony providing a beautiful view from the king size bed. The guest room has a queen size bed. For more guests to enjoy the view, the sofa converts to a queen size bed. While in bed or in the living area, you can enjoy watching your favorite television programs on the new flat screen televisions in both bedrooms. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a full size high efficiency washing machine and dryer with storage cabinets. You can stay in touch with your friends and family with free Wi Fi. You will have everything you need for your stay. Maravilla Resort Condominiums, 2606 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, Florida, is the most popular family oriented complex in Destin. We have 2.5 acres of private beach, the largest private beach on Miramar. We are a 33 acre, gated resort with extensive interior parking, portico for loading and unloading, and the clubhouse that is available to be rented for family gatherings or weddings. You may find yourself tired after a day of enjoying all that Maravilla has to offer. You can sit on the bar height chairs and table on the balcony to relax and enjoy the view. Our unit is non-smoking. It is immaculately cleaned and inspected after each departure. We hope you enjoy our condo and come back soon! The condo is on the 4th floor right across from beach, wonderful views and sitting area on the balcony. The pool areas and gated community is wonderful .. lots of restaurants nearby as well as shopping .. The kitchen is great for cooking as well . We loved what we could bring our dog and it is so pet friendly.

The condo looks exactly like the pictures in the listing - comfortable and clean with amazing views of the water. Beach is right across the street and we could walk to some great restaurants.
Check-in was a bit messy since the key code didn’t work and the owners didn’t answer our calls. We eventually found the lock box code they had sent us earlier and it worked but the owners didn’t text/ call us to see if we were able to enter. We were checking in the day before Christmas Eve and they had already sent us the lockbox code so I can understand if they were away or just assumed we were fine.

Beautiful view, wonderful accommodations, pet friendly,and we enjoyed nice walks/runs to Pompano Joe’s, Kenny D’s, and Bad Ass Coffee. We enjoyed our weeklong stay at this great condo. Was in a prime location within the building close to the elevator and oceanfront. Kimberly was very easy to reach and accommodating for our dog Potter. We are so thankful to have found a pet friendly condo with nice pools and beach chairs with umbrella. Highly recommend!! Thanks for making our stay a great one where we could include our dog Potter!!!

Maravilla 2408 met all our expectations. It is right around the corner from the elevator. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. I really appreciated that it was very clean, also. I have stayed in some condos that were lacking. One suggestion would be a luggage rack in the bedrooms. Especially loved having 2 beach umbrellas and 4 chairs included in the rental. Kevin with the beach service was awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very peaceful and lovely stay; free of accidents, emergency room visits, and lost cell phones. Very nice condo with a gorgeous view. Our pups enjoyed multiple daily walks near the beach.

We loved this this unit. So clean, convenient location to walk to restaurants, and of course a beautiful view of the gulf! We’ve stayed at a few units in Maravilla, and this by far is our favorite.

The condo was clean, had the most beautiful view of the gulf and was stalked with a variety of kitchen utensils and appliances. Beds were comfy. We had a wonderful time and would book again.

Location is perfect you have easy access to beach and can sit on your balcony and look at the ocean and hear the waves. You are steps from elevator and easy access to pool which you pass to get to beach.
Very clean, had everything you need.
Check in and check out was easy and owners made theirselves available via text messaging and also left their phone neighbors which was very nice.

Family Vacation
Great location for week long family vacation. Loved sitting on the front balcony with beautiful views of the gulf. Easy walk to Pompano Joes. The unit was fully stocked. Would stay here again.

Great Getaway
This was a great property. The layout of the condo was great. It was also close to the elevator, pool, and crosswalk to the beach. I LOVED the beach chair service. I may never to able to go back to the beach again without beach chair service!

The condo was perfect for our group of 5. We all loved sitting out on the balcony. We even saw dolphins while sitting out in the am and pm. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during the week. The location is perfect. You can see the beach and pool from the balcony and the tennis & basketball courts front the doorway balcony. You're close to the elevator, but never hear it. It's a quick walk to the pool, charcoal grills and beach. We loved having the chair service. We did learn the 1st day that people line up at 630am to speak with the chair service guys to select where they want to sit on the beach, so when we showed up at 915am we had very few to choose from. We loved everything and will be back!

Perfection!!
Such a perfect location! The beach is beyond amazing, so great to have the umbrellas and chairs provided! The condo is super clean and spotless. We have stayed at this same place since coming to Destin and are beyond pleased with everything it has to offer, as well as such a great location. We love the proximity to all of the great restaurants and shopping. Despite having rain and double red flags day except one, we still had amazing family time with such a nice place to stay!
