We stayed here with our family, and the location is just perfect, so close to the beach! Property managers were very responsive and the house was exactly as advertised and extremely clean. Will definitely stay again next summer!

Perfect place for a short stay close to the beach. Unit was super clean. Owners gave nice attention to detail with the layout, decor, and amenities.

We loved this place, it was 2 of us on a girls' trip. We had unit 4 which we thought was perfect, bottom floor. There are shared patio areas but we had our own little porch to sit on when it rained. The place is very clean and well appointed. Very short walk to the boardwalk and right onto the beach. Our host, Jeannie, was so nice to work with!

Newly furnished, two bedroom condo with a great sitting area courtyard. One block away from the boardwalk and all the action of Seaside.

Upon arrival this host tried to say there was no adult present, which was a lie, and that it was all teenagers. She immediately terminated the contract and took our money. Very deceitful practice by this host and VRBO. Go elsewhere, you will thank me.

The property was perfect for a last minute quick getaway for myself and my mother ... Hostess was very easy to communicate with! Super close to the beach and and boards lots of great spots to choose from for meals! Has everything needed for a comfy stay! Only suggestion is what others have mentioned with the ants...but they are harmless nonetheless! Easy drive to get to lavalette as well! Thanks for the quick accomodations and willingness to communicate with us! Kept my mom's mind distracted after a rough week of losing her puppers❤️

Never been so close to the beach, awesome place!

Served it’s purpose, extremely limited television, not enough towels and we couldn’t get new ones so had to wash their towels. Frying pans had NI non stick surface and destroyed my attempt at making eggs even with butter. They really need replacement. But like I said it served its purpose…

We loved our cottage in Seaside Heights NJ, and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants something clean, comfortable and cozy, just a short walk to the Boardwalk and beach.

Communication was excellent. Any questions we had were answered within a minute, maybe two. The place is very clean and has all of the little things you could need. It has a full kitchen / living area, bathroom and two generous bedrooms. It’s the second door down off the strip. A++ Thanks guys, looking forward to staying here again!

Apartment is adorable, and in great location—seconds away from the beach and bored walk. The only downside is the mattresses are SO hard, terrible time sleeping. Checked out early because of it.

Stayed here for a quick weekend with my mom. The apartment was beautifully updated and equiped with everything we needed for the beach which was only one block away! The outdoor seating area provided a nice little place for us to relax and catch up. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would be visiting the area!

Noisey area! Not really suitable for 4 people! Only two chairs for table!

This property exceeded expectations. It was in excellent condition and very clean. We loved the outdoor sitting area. Though it is close to the boardwalk, it is very quiet and private.

We really enjoyed our stay, but the first day there was no hot water. Then there was ants in the kitchen. Other than that it was good.

Definitely stay here if you want to be near the boardwalk. Close to everything and accommodating. Very nice.

Jeanne and Bill are fabulous hosts! There is a very cute patio in the back of the house(in our case, the front) to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. There are A/C units in all of the rooms as well as ceiling fans. It’s super quiet considering how close it is to the boardwalk . There are several places to eat in walking distance as well as a liquor store and a laundromat. YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay 😎

It was clean and cool (AC in all three rooms, and the bathroom didn’t need it), and the location back behind the front building was good. Very private considering it is so close to all the action. Jeannie and her husband was amazing hosts. They were very responsive and engaging. The house was clean and located very close to everything. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

Perfect little beach cottage-adorable! Excellent location. Just wish we would have known that the entire walkway (to get in and out of the cottages!) was being torn up and replaced during our entire stay. Was a bit inconvenient Although the workers could not have been more cordial. Kind of a bummer walking back and forth through damp and messy “cinder” and had to wipe up the floor of the cottage often! We would stay in cottage #4 again!
