The large, furnished deck has gorgeous ocean views - gather and watch the sun set here before the day's end, or enjoy a cup of coffee at the start of your day. Home essentials include central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer. An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing the sand and worries away. THINGS TO KNOW Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This is not a rental house but a true home the owners share with others. The kitchen was well stocked, the sunrises and sunsets all visible from the deck in January were amazing. If a house can have its own vibe….this house has a great one!!!!!

The beach views were awesome. The outdoor seating and space was relaxing even during the winter months. We appreciate the opportunity to stay on this property the week prior to Christmas. We hated to leave..

Nice 4 bedroom house with all king size beds. Short beach trip. Clean and had almost any cookware needed for a meal. Plenty of seating inside and outside.

Hubby and I enjoyed our stay. We didn't even turn the tv. The view out the living room window is beautiful. The house was comfortable and clean. I'm picky about cleanliness. We absolutely loved the beach access. The shells on Holden beach are spectacular.
We dubbed the sunroom the "hotbox". It was way too hot to sit out there. A separate wall air conditioning unit would be a good idea.
It's great the house has 4 king sized bedrooms. We would definitely rent this house again.

We loved being just steps away from the ocean in this quaint oceanfront cottage with everything you need for your stay. Exactly what we needed for a relaxing street free weekend.

House was clean and spacious. Less than a minute to reach the beach from the deck. Beautiful unobstructed view of the marsh from the front porch to top it off.

Two couples (close friends) rented this adorable house and we loved everything about it. The bedrooms were all equal in size which made choosing rooms fair and square. The sunroom is perfect for morning coffee and talks. The home was fairly clean and met all of our needs. If you are looking for quaint and simple, this is the place! Living room furniture is a bit run down but it’s a beach cottage. Plenty of cleaning products and towels. We will be back next year!

We had a blast! Never left the house other than to eat. Which we only did twice all week. We enjoyed the sunroom, where we spent much of our time. We loved the house and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Thank you. Vacasa!!

Wonderful family home!
The house was perfect for us, very roomy, great king size beds in every room and nice linens. The sun room was the best part! Great ocean side deck and chairs. We wouldn’t change a thing! I’ve been coming to Holden beach for 40+ years and this house was our favorite ❤️

My wife and I stayed here for three weeks. Many new beach houses are large and lack personality. This house with its hardwood floors, Enclosed porch, Windows that open and a real beach house feel Is a treat. The 4 rooms all have king beds and although it’s a small house, it has plenty of sitting room with three tables and breakfast bar. It’s a very short walk to the beach and not so many stairs to climb to carry groceries or go down to the beach. We found this house to be very comfortable and would certainly rent this in the future.

This house with its hardwood floors, Enclosed porch, Windows that open and a real beach house feel Is a treat. The 4 rooms all have king beds and although it’s a small house, it has plenty of sitting room with three tables and breakfast bar. It’s a very short walk to the beach and not so many stairs to climb to carry groceries or go down to the beach. We found this house to be very comfortable and would certainly rent this in the future.

Updated oceanfront beach cottage was exactly what our family was looking for. Only negative comment was that there was sand at the entrance to the driveway. Recommend replacing with gravel. A couple of our vehicles have difficulty.

We have vacationed at Holden for many years and try to stay at a different house every year. This was our first time in this one. The house was super nice, plenty of room, well updated, no issues with anything at all. Other than the cleanliness. And it wasn't anything major. There were dust bunnies all over the bedroom walls. And the shower curtains in both bathrooms were covered in mold. We tried to bleach them ourselves and they still would not come clean. So we called vacasa and they put in the work order and had them replaced the same day. Other than that, the house was great!
