There's never any shortage of water on always-constant-level Lake LBJ, where this lakeside getaway is all about wide-open space and lots and lots of waterfront. Sitting on two oversize lots, this home offers a luscious lawn, magnificent mature shade trees, and water as far as the eye can see. Well maintained and comfortably furnished, this lake house boasts three large bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two separate common areas. Let the kids have their area to play as the adults relax and reenergize in their very own space. Inside or outside, Crestwood Acres puts no limit on fun or relaxation. You'll have a safe and secure setup for all of your land vehicles and trailers, with ample parking and a two-car garage. There's also a huge, two-level boat dock and a covered electric boat lift that will accommodate one boat and two PWCs, providing both convenience and security. Be sure to take full advantage of the gorgeous Hill Country views and refreshing lake breezes on the upper deck and lounging area of the boathouse. Whether your preference is fishing, boating, swimming, or relaxing, Crestwood Acres offers it all. So stop, relax, and take a deep breath. But we must warn you, it can be really addicting! Things to Know Full kitchen Snowbird-friendly! Monthly rentals welcome December through February. Contact Vacasa for details Parking notes: No parking available. This rental is located on floor 2. Dock details: Please use the new dock - not the old dock Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Right on the Colorado arm of the lake, perfect spot. Great, big house with ample room for a large party. Nice updates. Grill worked well. Friendly neighbors. Had a blast here with sons and their buddies.

It was the perfect place to enjoy boating, swimming and fishing. Had an issue with boat lift after a storm but owners had it fixed so we could enjoy the lake. The house was very roomy and everything worked great and was clean.. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to have fun with the family.

This was our second time staying at this house and we love it. It is a beautiful house and the yard and view are our absolute favorite. The house is clean and spacious and the neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Coffee drinkers, be aware that they only have a Keurig. We just bring a coffee maker with us so not a problem. Will definitely be coming back again!

Very nice home and perfect location. The only thing that was misleading is the boat dock in the picture is actually the neighbors and You have to share it with them if they’re home. Didn’t know this until we stayed.

This is a very nice house with plenty of room for our family to be together in one area or to split up for privacy in several areas. The property is gorgeous. My grandkids had a great time fishing from the bulkhead and playing in the huge yard. I would recommend this house and would love to come back again! Easy check in snd check out.

Nice House and lake access
The house was big enough to accommodate our whole group, lake access was great as well as the yard and shade trees, but the downside was as we arrived there was leftover trash all in the garage with flies everywhere. House wasn’t cleaned as well as expected with leftover hair in the shower and Bobby pins throughout the house. Overall a good house but cleaning could have better standards as a few of my guests pointed things out to me.

Great location on the lake
This house was perfect for our group of 8. Lots of waterfront with lots of shade. Can swim right off the dock and the jet ski lift came in handy too. This place is full of charm and great vacation spot.

Annual family weekend.
It was beautiful. We loved the space and all the bathrooms, the shaded trees and span of the water front. There is tons of room! We loved having the extra refrigerator so that we didn't have to have ice chests out all the time. Thank you for a great weekend.

Loved it!

Absolutely beautiful
The house is beautiful, has an updated kitchen, and a nice open floor plan. Plenty of room for the the teenagers to have their own space. It was very clean and Sally was very helpful with any questions we had. The best part is the stunning view of the lake and the large backyard and boathouse. We will definitely be staying here again.
**Note: the coffeemaker is a Keurig and you need to bring your own pods.
