Located in Mauna Lani, this charming condo for $285 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Licensed Vacation Rental STVR-19-365919 Islands at Mauna Lani Q-1: You will love this spacious 2 story LUXURIOUS Villa which has everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation! Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and walking distance in just 10 minutes via a scenic trail to the Mauna Lani beaches and fishponds. Your villa is conveniently located across from and the Mauna Lani Spa and tennis club where you can drop in for massages and a workout for a fee. The outdoor lanai has a private setting with BBQ and dining for 6. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked. Each of the two bedrooms and the living are and dining area has their own private lanais with comfortable seating. This Villa, although a 2 bedroom, can SLEEP 6-7. It has a King Size bed in the Master Bedroom, 2 singles in the Guest bedroom. (that can be converted to a King upon your request, ).. and a large size day bed in the den/nook area upstairs.... great for a child or teenager. In addition, the owner has purchased 2 EZ pop up Twin Beds from FRONTGATE. You can sleep 7 in this large 2 story villa and have plenty of room to entertain the friends and family. The Villa includes a detached double car garage with all the items necessary for a fun island vacation…beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach toys. Free Wireless internet available. The resort pool is just steps away with waterfall. This condo is elegant, comfortable and central to everything Mauna Lani offers. You can walk to the Shops at Mauna Lani and enjoy cocktails at Tommy Bahama, steaks and seafood at Ruth Chris, French-Hawaiian cuisine at The Blue Room, or Asian Pacific fare at Monestera's. There are free luau shows at the center stage at The Shops at Mauna Lani that you will be sure to enjoy, complete with fire dancers. You can rent bicycles, surfboards, paddle boards, and kayaks within the resort. Pool Policy: access to the community pool. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $400 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. The accommodations were fantastic. The house was great, location superb, beach access, beautiful walks, Mauna Lani Coffee and a marketplace down the road, and more. Highly recommend.

We were steps from the awesome pool and short drive to the beach club to snorkel. Also just a few miles from Hapuna Beach, which is my favorite. Also very close to saddle road for a quick jaunt to Hilo. This is a no-brainer place to rent.

Loved this condo and will be back. The furniture was comfortable like real people actually own this place and have set it up for their enjoyment. It is well maintained. The pool is amazing and fun - even has a waterfall and cave. The grounds feel like you are in a botanical garden. I will come back to the big island just to stay here.

Great floor plan. Great location. Nicely decorated. All of that being said, the unit needs some refurbishing, e.g., repainting, replace tarnished fixtures and worn out furniture, especially the outdoor dining set. Had to request some maintenance work. Daisy was great; very responsive. Maintenance man was polite and mindful of our privacy.

We have stayed here numerous times, it's always great. The only thing is that the bedding and towels could use a refresh, they are getting long in the tooth.

The property was very roomy and came with all the amenities we needed to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The pool was an amazing quiet and enjoyable spot to just lay out and unwind. The lanai was perfect for breakfast outdoors and also a great spot to read a book or have a cool drink. The property was nicely decorated and I would definitely look at this spot for our next vacation retreat.

This 2 bedroom is palatial and beautifully decorated. Lovely pool.My only concern was the 6:30 A M daily activity of the landscapers.
They were great about not starting noisy equipment til about 8 but several members o f the crew had high pitched voices and talked non stop from 6:30 on..This unit is adjacent to the area where the landscapers have their work depot.

The photos don't do the place justice. It is really beautiful, well appointed, well stocked and super comfortable. The location is ideal for getting all around the Mauna Lani area. We walked to Tommy Bahama for dinner and used the grill almost everyday to make yummy food to eat on the Lani. We have stayed at this complex before so we already knew how great the pool is. It is beautiful with a waterfall and a cave with the kids loved.
The beds were super comfortable and they had already set up the second bedroom with an extra bed for our third child which made it super convenient.
The water was very clean so we could drink right out of the fridge which saves on bottled waters.
Overall, I highly recommend to anyone who's looking. The value for the money is amazing, especially for Hawaii!

On the other hand our Internet was out for 24 hours and Daisy another employee got it all fixed for us she was great. The downstairs living area is great for entertaining and family gatherings. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and dishes and other cooking tools. My parents (who were renting another VRBO property on Mauna Lani) said they liked our rental, and would check in to renting it.

Could have been better
Overall, the stay was okay.
I am very familiar with this area since we have stayed at the Fairmont Orchid many times, so I knew the villa was in a nice location. However, would I stay here again? Probably not. There were too many "little" things that bothered me through the stay, for example, most cabinet doors need maintenance, the service area in the (BBQ) lanai was closed and abandoned-looking, the listing supposedly included access to fitness area/gear -not true, sleeps up to 6 people but only if you don't mind sleeping on an unstable inflatable bed, the carpet had a big stain and dirty-looking, and the list goes on...
The communication with Verb was cordial and fast but once we needed to reach out to the property manager via email and phone, their response seemed a bit rude (via email). They never responded my to my phone call, though.

Great Location in Mauna Lani Big Island of HI
We enjoyed our stay at this spacious two bedrooms townhouse with two lanais. There is a binder with extensive information about tours and activities on the Big Island, as well as information about the unit. We visited the volcano and did an awesome helicopter tour! We also spent a lot of time swimming at the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The water is warm and refreshing. Beach Club and Supermarket are close by. Tommy Bahamas restaurant is our favorite but we also used the outside grill for one evening dinner. I would highly recommend this place.
