Catch beautiful morning sunrises overlooking the canal while relaxing on your screened deck. Enjoy quality family time and peace of mind while watching your children or pet play in the fenced backyard. This lovely, cozy home has four comfortable bedrooms; all bedrooms have shared bathroom access. The spacious garage features a seating area for lounging and entertaining. Pack lightly, your vacation rental includes a washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This is our second stay at this property. We were disappointed at check in to find the water off and we had to find a phone number to call Vacasa and deal with that after traveling all day with dogs and kids. They solved the issue by sending someone out within thirty minutes and we had a great time after that. The layout is great for two groups, in our case grandparents and then our family of four. Two rooms on each side with a shared bathroom between. The yard is very easy to clean up after the dogs with the white rocks and having a fenced area for them was so nice for all of us. The beach public access is a very short walk and we had a wonderful time.

Everything was great! Closeness to the beach the boat dock for our pontoon boat. The kids loved crabbing and fishing from the dock. The fenced yard was wonderful. We’d rent again for sure.

This was our second year at the Pour House and we will NOT go back unless upgrades to the home are made. Many more cons than pros this year. Both king bedroom’s and living area blinds are broken, both bathrooms have mildew and mold in the showers (GROSS), the furniture is old and smelly, smokers were in the house before us which was disgusting, the garbage cans had maggots in them, flies were all over the house when we arrived and the house overall is rundown. Also no spectrum cable in the bedrooms. We brought our own Fire stick because we knew this. The pros are location near beach access , the fenced yard for the dog and hardwoods were placed in the bedrooms. The price paid for the week’s rental is not a value at all.

The house has everything that you need for a beach trip. Outdoor shower, under house storage, washer & dryer, 2 refrigerators, rinsing station, 2 bathrooms, good kitchen.
However, it just needs to be refreshed. Showers were dated. Furniture was dated. Mold on some of the ventilation. Mold in the garage. Bugs in the garage. AC unit was old and had a hard time keeping up. Screened in porch had holes in the screens. Nails were coming up out of the porch and hurt to step on.
There was no high quality vacuum. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The bedding was worn out. The house was about a 4/5 clean when we got there.

We loved our stay at the Pour House! The house is so close to the beach, which is awesome even in the winter. We loved how pet friendly it is, especially the fenced in yard. We would definitely like to stay there again!

It’s a great house, just lacking a bit of storage space in the kitchen and bedrooms. It’s clean, functional and the kitchen is well stocked. It’s close to public access to the beach. But the star of the show is the master shower. That shower head is the gold standard of every shower head ever made. Five stars.

We had a nice time. The dick was perfect for our kayak and fishing. House was nice. Need to update photos without carpet un the bedrooms. Bathrooms were small but workable. Very well stocked. We had a nice stay and would come again.

This home was perfectly located near the beach and had all the amenities needed. We loved having our coffee on the screened porch and my son was particularly fond of the dock where he caught a couple of fish! The fenced yard was perfect for our Aussie to enjoy himself as well.

Loved The Pour House
The Pour House was just perfect for our month long vacation to celebrate my retirement. This house is well appointed with all the comforts of home, great view of the canal and close access to the beach. Definitely hope to go again next year!

Perfect location and the owners provided every need for a great week. Although we brought our own beach chairs, they had those as well including a beach buggy to carry the stuff over to the beach. If you have a dog it’s wonderful. Fenced yard is perfect. The only reason why we didn’t give it a 5/5 was that the only tv with cable was in the living room. The bedrooms only had smart TVs and you couldn’t download apps without the owners password. Basically they should have the spectrum app on the bedroom TVs as they have spectrum in the living room.

I HIGHLY recommend this house for a quiet and pleasant stay. Very nice house with all the amenities. You can tell the owners care! So nice to watch the sunrise on the screened in porch with a cup of coffee. Quiet area and just a very short walk to the beach. Love the park grill. A very nice stay. I will recommend this house to all my friends!
