The lovely icy cloth and cold juice on arrival was truly amazing. Nam went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as humanly possible. Cleanliness, 5-star quality, and attention to detail makes this one of my favourite stays in Vietnam so far.
I loved everything about this hotel. Little suggestion: a variety of egg prepa choices would be great

One of the better hotels in Cat Ba. Kien was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, modern and quiet. The breakfast spread was excellent in variety and quality. Close to everything in Cat Ba. I’d pick this hotel if I’m here again!

Wonderful staff that was always helpful. I was even offered a room upgrade that they had available after checking everyone in, but I didn't bother for my last night. I enjoyed their breakfast with fresh pho. I watched them clean the room and I was surprised how thorough they were. Not only did the wash the tap of the table, they wiped down the legs. It was nice to find a hotel that would send out laundry at a good rate by the kilogram instead of an item-by-item rate that is generally very expensive.
At first the location seemed strange because it was behind other buildings. But it was ok.

Very good bathroom and shower . Good big TV and channels. Bigger cups and glasses in restaurant. Welcoming and helpful staff (e.g. open doors for you, help carry bags, give good advice on area).
Room space a bit on the small side. Tiny lift.
