The property is clean and it’s also beautiful. The only down part is if you’re spending a lot of time there and like to look outside, none of the surrounding area is beautiful and don’t pick your room based on the view they offer in the app. Other than that large rooms, friendly staff I love the sun deck, love the outdoor seventh floor Jacuzzi. I find it hard to call it a Jacuzzi because it is a Jacuzzi with Jets but It’s just cold water not hot water, but who wants hot but would’ve been good if warm and the bar is right next to it so….
Also, I was gonna be there for two nights stayed my first night went out on a tour got an accident and I’m in the hospital for five days and so although it’s like a four hour trip, they are bringing me my belongings tomorrow so Sweet who else would do that
Yes, they do have a elevator, even though I’m just showing steps
The views I picked the courtyard view. It’s a ugly lot with a ugly basketball court local shoes. However, it’s no worse than the Mountain View nor the street view nor the neighing building view. Other than the view no complaints.

The hotel was lovely and modern .The rooms were spotless and the service was great, always very helpful.There were loads of bars and restaurants around the hotel and it was a short walk of 5 mins to the main centre. They have a lovely roof top bar that we had our first drink in before adventuring out.

Breakfast selection what we had if it seemed good especially cakes
The staff at reception were smiley and friendly
The bar lady was nice and kind and her generous demeanour made up for fact there were no diet soft drink options.
The best thing about hotel was the massages- probably the best massage i have ever had
Beds were comfortable if a little hard for me and room was clean.
Free good wifi and location central enough.
Air conditioning was weak and turned off the moment you left the room and then would take a while to cool.only way to keep jt cool was keeping a card in light switch but that only works if uou have two cards.
No safe to keep your personal items safe in room which was frustrating and i could hear quite a lot of noise from outside from other guests.
No bin in room- annoying as you constantly had to go to bathroom to put things in bin
The hotel didn’t feel relaxing especially breakfast. Its set so early that you are half asleep and need calm and breakfast was a free for all and Definitely not calm. Lots of people in echoey room- we chose not to eat breakfast there after the first day even though it was free and certain bits were good
Also we were shattered and looked forward to a lie in but at 0800 housekeeping kept knocking till we woke up only to hand us our clean towels and water….
Just not for me or my son
Not cosy too modern and sterile for us sorry:(
