Pack up your worries and get ready to wave them goodbye with a stay in this premiere property in the heart of Seacrest Beach. Let us welcome you to “Sassy Beaches”, a 3-story cottage featuring 4 spacious bedrooms with en suite baths, balcony access and a bonus bunk room. Enjoy the peace and tranquility that awaits you outside on one of the six porches at the home or jump on a bicycle or the seasonal shuttle to explore all that Seacrest Beach and 30A has to offer. ABOUT THE AREA: Seacrest Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Within the Seacrest community, there is a private beach and just 2 blocks away is the largest resort style family-friendly pool in Northern Florida with over 12,000 square feet of crystal-clear water. AMENITY ACCESS: In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas. *** Attention Guests, please note that there is an additional fee of $2 per day per guest staying at this property in Seacrest Beach. We are required by the Seacrest Beach HOA to collect this fee in order for you to stay in this community and use their amenities. We will collect this fee prior to your arrival. BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies. ACCOMMODATIONS: • Bedroom 1 – 2 Twin beds, ensuite • Bedroom 2 – 1 King, ensuite • Bedroom 3 – 1 King, ensuite • Bedroom 4 – 1 Queen, ensuite • Bedroom 5 – 1 Twin/Twin Bunk • 1 Queen Pull out Sofa PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS: • 4 Bikes • Balconies with views on every floor • Smart TVs • Gas Grill – Propane • Coffee Maker – Pod & Traditional • Full linen package • Starter kit: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and washing machine pods • Fully stocked kitchen PARKING: This home includes 2 parking spaces. Overflow available throughout the community first come first serve. Passes are required which will be provided by Seacrest security HOUSE RULES: • Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM • No smoking or vaping • Renters must be 25 years of age or older • During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees • Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues. • An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods. IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Seacrest Beach is like a resort. Beautiful beach and incredible pool. Property was absolutely perfect. There was something for everyone. Joy was a great host answering all our questions right away. She went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this beautiful property. Loved it had bikes and a free bonfire. The kids had a blast at the bonfire!

Surprise 60th Birthday Celebration. Property was amazing. House beautifully appointed and comfortable. Home was perfect size, clean and so enjoyable. How to directions clear and easy to follow, check in and out keyless. Neighborhood peaceful. Close proximity to many amenities, kids loved the pool. We'd definitely book again for another occasion and highly recommend to everyone and all.

Great stay! This is our second stay at the property, loved all the updates. Highlights were the bonfire that's included, grocery set up and the pool. We used the pool more than the beach. We biked everywhere. Even to seaside! Looking for dates for next year!

The house was well maintained, and in a great location. You can take the tram or walk to the beach. It was close to the neighborhood pool, but since the pool wasn't heated and it was chilly during Spring Break we didn't get a chance to use the pool. My kids loved having use of the bikes and enjoyed the independence of being able to bike to the stores. The host was very responsive and helpful, but we never really needed them since the house was so well maintained.

Everyone was attentive and very helpful in making suggestions for getting around the area. We appreciated the advice on dining and boat rentals for a day out in the water, and the lovely and comfortable home which was spacious and welcoming! We are two families with adult children who enjoy an annual beach trip together each year and this home was perfect for our group! Would love to return in the summer to enjoy all 30a has to offer!

Wonderful property just minutes from the beach. We were in town for a family wedding, but wish we were there longer. The house was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Five adults had plenty of room with space to spare. Thanks for a great stay and attention to detail. The welcome treats and recomendations were thoughtful and appreciative Hollie is easy to work withy and very professional.

Great stay close to everything, managers were great. Had our groceries delivered and they set up our bonfire. Only negative feedback would be the couch. Replace the couch I spent a lot of money on our stay and everything else was perfect but the couche sucked it needs to be hauled off to a landfill.

The unit itself was even better than we expected and there was enough room for everyone to sleep and hang comfortably. We all appreciated the personal touches in each room. Beautiful, tranquil property!
The property was perfect. We had family come in for a wedding. We were all able to stay together in this property and had the pool a few blocks south for the kids. Excellent location to walk to beach/coffee/shopping. Plenty of kitchen supplies for all of us. It was clean and spacious. Hi! The house was lovely and perfect for 2 families. The entire house is upgraded so nicely and we loved the color scheme. There were so many added extras and I love that they include extra beach chairs. It's a close walk to the pool, or quick tram to the beach. 30A Beach Girls we're easy to work with as well. Overall, this is a wonderful property and we would stay again!

The house was clean, nicely decorated and close to the pool and beach. Enjoyed the bikes. Jasmine was very helpful with gibing us recommendations for dining and grocery delivery. Im excited to come back.
