There is also a very big country park within 5 mins walking distance & vast green lands which are ideal for morning & evening walks NEIGHBOURHOOD OVERVIEW The flat is only 5 mins drive from the famous and beautiful village of Grantchester. Grantchester is home to the largest number of Nobel Prize winners! Grantchester is also famous for Pink Floyd and the lyrics of their songs have so many references to this village. There are great meadows for walks and River Cam to punt! The flat is 5 mins walk to Country park, Woods and Byron Pool, one of the most pleasant woodland sites which offers a lovely circular walk next to the River Cam. Trumpington Meadows Country Park is a Nature’s reserve along with Byron’s Pool. This is a great place to walk, cycle and spend time with family. Rupert Brooke Museum celebrates the life of one of the most famous poet during WWI.
