A home away from home, the property was very comfortable and had more than we needed.

we had to end our trip one day earlier as the environment was really dirty. dust everywhere, dog poos in the garden, marks on sofa and pillows, broken toilet seat, dog hair all over the carpet.

On arrival we found out that we couldn't connect our phones and PC to the WIFI. At best 1 unit connected but the rest showed a connection but with no internet. I contacted the agency on an number of occasions, received promises that a technician would investigate, but this never happened. After we left, we were told that the technician had found no problem, and I am sure that the problem was tripped switch somewhere. Had the agency sent a technician, then the issue could have been resolved during our stay.

The place was clean, I mean extremely clean. The house was very cozy with loads of space. The staff were quite friendly and responded to mails promptly. The property had every facility that you need for your stay.

The internet did not work all the time. This not a dislike but I would have loved to have a blender.

Easy to use once you have the code. Comfy beds, lovely driveway and annexe was fantastic space. Plenty of TVS in most rooms. Kitchen well equipped.love the bathroom.

Comfier sofa, The sofa was low down and not big enough for all of our guests. Too may fold up chairs and tables would be better to invest in a large enough sofa.

The property was nice and it was very well looked after.

The only thing I didn’t like was the sofa and chairs as it wasn’t comfortable. Sofa was uncomfortable and the little bucket chairs not really living room chairs. I didn’t like all the woodlies in the en-suite room in the garden
