Modern, Clean Hotel for a Great Night Sleep

This is a great hotel - seemed very new - modern and CLEAN. Registration was a breeze! Hot water for shower and they even provided a pitcher of water and glasses when we tried to buy some water bottles. Hotel is quiet a bit away from main road so no traffic noise and beds/pillows are comfortable - you will get a good night sleep here.

It would be helpful to have some better signage along the road and maybe a sign showing where the registration is. The room we stayed in was very nice but we would probably upgrade to a bigger room with a window for a future visit. There are quite a few stairs going up to the registration.

Staff should be well trained on how to accommodate customers especially regular customers.

The room is clean and it's very near to our place.

The staff was not accommodating. When we did our check out she just ask us to leave the card in the front desk without proper greetings or asking us how was our stay. She was doing a video call with someone. This is a hotel and there should be a receptionist who will let you feel welcome in the place. This is the only hotel near our place and it's our 3rd time but the same thing happened with the staff. The room was clean but the aircon is dripping.

It's clean and quiet

Where do I start?...Staff were unfriendly and not helpful. The room was adequate but the TV did not work very well and only 1 channel. Some of the outside looks good but the roof is starting to leak despite it being quite a new building. Uncomfortable stay but luckily I was biking all day

Exceptional

This is a really nice hotel. It was recommended by a friend. The rooms are spacious and I really like the bed. Comparable to a 3-4 star hotel set up. I will be back!

Good Food

This is on a pricier side as compared to hotels I stayed in tagaytay but you will really see why. I had to stay because I need to process some papers nearby. The money is worth it for the room. There is also a restaurant where you can avail breakfast and the food is good

It's a pity to stay here alone so I recommend to stay here if with a spouse or travel buddy so you can manage the budget

Perfect Experience A++

I am extremely satisfied with this hotel. The area is really spacious and the parking is not an issue. My partner and I stayed in preparation of our wedding and it was a great experience. Will definitely be back here.

This is a good place to relax with your friends and family. Room size is also good. Really like the welcoming staff and their services. everything was comfortable.
