This beautiful 4BR/3.5 BA home is located at the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood and is under a mile and walking distance to Canton Street/Historic Roswell. The home sleeps 8 with 4 Bedrooms, 3 baths and four new incredibly comfortable beds. The home has an open floor plan, hardwood floors throughout, updated kitchen/bathrooms, game room, new smart TV’s, and fenced backyard. • After you've checked in and unpacked, you can enter the main floor through the front door, from the carport side door or from the deck in the back of the house. • The open floor plan consists of the kitchen, living room and dining room. • The kitchen island has seating for six and the dining room table has seating for eight • Relax in the living room watching your favorite streaming service on the 55” LG Smart TV. Just bring your streaming application log-in information. • The Master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bath, and make-up/dressing table. • The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bathroom in the hallway. • Enjoy the backyard from the deck which has a grill and table with seating for four. • You'll have a very nice view of the big fenced in yard which works great for pet parents traveling with their furry friends. • Make your way downstairs to the fourth bedroom, 3rd full bath and laundry room • Have fun in the basement game room, which has board games, playing cards, new pong table and another 55” LG Smart TV. • There is plenty of parking in the carport, driveway and on the street. • You have two ways to get to town. Walk or drive to Roswell via Valley Drive and Alpharetta Highway or via Valley Drive, Strickland, Prospect and Woodstock to Canton.

We loved the house! Very cozy throughout, all four beds were super comfortable. Mike and Betsy were extremely responsive and even had a Christmas tree set up for our Christmas away from home. There was room to spread out and also be together, we even had some friends over for dinner and the space was well arranged for a little mini-entertaining. Our dogs loved the yard, it was perfect for playing fetch and the neighborhood was calm, quiet and safe.

We enjoyed our stay at Roswell, 3 couples and a dog. The yard was enclosed, so perfect for our dog to relieve herself. Inside the home, was fairly updated, modern and clean. It was the perfect location for our family wedding in old Roswell. This neighborhood was a quiet family neighborhood. Would recommend it for any family vacation in Atlanta area.

We were grateful to find this welcoming home- perfect for our family of 6 while we were displaced due to our home renovations. Rooms were well put together with very comfortable beds. Basement space was perfect for teens or young adults to have some personal space. The location was great with many places around to enjoy. This was a perfect home away from home for us. Owners were very responsive to our needs and had great communication. I would recommend this property to others.

We celebrated Christmas and New Year with our adult children here in Roswell. The house was a perfect fit for our family and had a great location. We loved walking to Canton street or just relaxing at home. Everything we needed was provided. We will definitely be back!

Great house, great location
We are from Virginia and rented this cute house for the week because we were there for a baseball tournament. The house is newly updated, very clean, comfortable beds, had everything we needed & very well supplied. It was in a perfect central location for us. Owners were very quick to reply to any questions I had. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect Place to Stay in Roswell
I was SO impressed with this house! The kitchen is amazing, the bedrooms are comfortable, and every need has been thought of. I would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay here again!! Owners are friendly and quick to respond. Five stars for sure!

Nicely updated home in great location near historic downtown Roswell
Very nice - would have rated 5 stars but missing some practical amenities. Could use a garbage disposal in kitchen and some counter space and a bar for hand towels in the master bath. Decor was great and beds were very comfortable! Thanks for hosting us
