First the owner is very kind accommodating. Second the property is close to all the amenities in the city. The apartment is clean and very comfortable to stay in. Train and tram stations are walking distance.

Old building with history in the old town and very convenient for visiting the best spots.
It's a pity the entrance of the building is a little destroyed because the earthquake

Clean apartment
Varoius types of tea for tea lovers
Very good location for socialising and networking with other nationalities.
Varieties of restaurants to choose from in the area.
Varieties of cookbooks in the apartment if there was suitable cooking utensils.
4pm check in compared to others, although we were allowed to checkin at 2pm after much delibration.
10am check out however checkout time wasn't a concern for me as we had an early flight.
No basic items like washing soap and milk compared to other apartments.
cooking utensils are for smaller group eg 2 people.
