Located in Bethany Beach, this attractive house for $800 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Perfect home for a fun family or friend getaway, reunion, golf weekend! Spacious - 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, living room, sun room and a large family room on the second floor for TV and games. Updated and fully equipped kitchen. House is walking distance to beach (abt 0.7 miles door to shore) and just steps from several restaurants, an Italian market, Wawa and Bethany Beverage Company. Ten minutes to two golf courses - with a half dozen more within 45 minute drive. Driveway can accommodate 4+ cars. We provide blankets and pillows, as well as bath mats and beach towels. No phone in house so bring your cell phone. WiFi enabled. Smart TVs. Two bedrooms have a desk for working. First floor: Kitchen, Full Bathroom, 1 Queen Bedroom, Dining Room, Living Room, Sunroom, Washer/Dryer. Second floor: 7 Bedrooms (1 King; 3 Queen Bedrooms and 3 Twin rooms), 2 Full Bathrooms, large family room. Outside: Deck with dining table and chairs, spacious back yard, carport with seating and outdoor shower. **$500 dollar damage/cleaning deposit required a week prior to arrival. Fully refundable immediately when cleaner confirms property is in good order. (Property free of trash, laundry items, damage not related to normal wear and tear.). Linens and towels can be provided at no charge but guests are required to strip linens from beds and collect all used towels and put in laundry bag provided and leave in carport for service pickup in order to receive full refund of the deposit. additional options include bringing your own linens or renting through a local service. We enjoyed our stay! If you are looking for a five-star resort with all the bells and whistles, go elsewhere. If you want a massive beach home where you can walk to restaurants, THE BEACH, shops and Wawa in minutes, this is your place! Plenty of areas to gather in a large group to play games or to find a quiet nook to read. Massive outdoor area and lawn. Comfy beds, stocked kitchen, and a fun laid back vibe perfect for the beach.

This 8 bedroom house worked well for 7 adults and 8 children. We made good use of the carport lounge for dinner each evening. We grilled each evening. The outdoor shower was also important coming back from the beach.

Comfortable house with many rooms and space for dog too. Very convenient location but located on busy road with noisy traffic. Appreciated 3 bathrooms and all the outdoor space.

The house is clean and has plenty of room for everyone - We had up to 14 people staying at the house and it worked out well! The grill was great and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. All of the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and beach toys! The house is on a busy street, 0.7 miles from the beach, which is clearly stated in the property description. Condo development behind the house is a great place to walk the dogs. Bethany Beach is right in the middle of Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City MD - both are great places to spend the day!

We had a fantastic week! The house is just as described – so spacious and perfect for the adults and teenagers. The location was great. It’s an easy walk to the park for basketball, or to the shops and the beach. It’s so convenient with food and liquor store just a few doors down. The Italian market is a can’t-miss. We will definitely be returning.

The property was sizeable and very well put together. It was spacious enough to accommodate our group comfortably and encouraged engagement and interaction. We all had a great time, especially in the upstairs living room! And Caroline was easy to get in touch with whenever I had questions, so I appreciated that very much.

The house was large enough to fit our fairly large extended family on a trip to the beach. The house was conveniently located and was a great access point to Bethany and other beaches. The yard was perfect for the dogs to go out and play for a bit in. The property management team was helpful and gave clear and concise instructions. I would not hesitate to book this house again!

We would definitely recommend this home and we’d stay there again. Only complaint is lack of bathroom cleanliness (hair on floor and in drains) besides dirt on bathroom floor.

The house is large and immaculate with a big back yard. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a vacation house. The 2 living areas provided excellent space for our family. The house is on a main street. Be aware that the beach is a 15 to 18 minute walk from the house.

The house was excellent and we had a great time. It is walkable to the beach but a bit too far to be easy with toddler's in tow- just a heads up for other families with similar-aged children. The large back yard is great for wiffle ball and I highly recommend a visit to the nature center! (a short walk from the property).
