This private space offers outdoor furniture (a sofa, two armchairs, and a convenient coffee table) and a gas grill, providing the perfect and secluded nook to enjoy the outdoors while still being at home. Back inside, the dining table is gorgeous and seats up to lucky guests. However, if you'd like a more informal place to enjoy your meals, there's another dining table across the kitchen, but this one seats fewer people. Speaking of the kitchen, it comes fully equipped with great appliances, cookware, and utensils that will make cooking a breeze. This level also has a convenient half bathroom under the stairs. The bedrooms are located all the way up on the second floor, along with two full bathrooms (both are ensuite). The main bedroom also features a wall-mounted TV with streaming services, a small desk, slight golf course views, and a small powder room. The guest bedroom has a TV as well. You'll find nothing but top attractions nearby.
