Dit is geen B&B, maar een klein resort waar je echt tot rust komt. Het is voorzien van alle gemakken, waaronder een groot zwembad, zonneterras, kamers voorzien van airco en prima bedden. Sanitair is top, schoon en hygiënisch. Ontbijt is goed, van alles ruim aanwezig. Zelfs een dag gebruik gemaakt van de sauna. Zelfs toen het 38 graden/ C was, van de 85 graden/C sauna gebruik gemaakt. Daarna is het buiten lekker koel. Gastpaar Helene en Paul ontvangen je allerhartelijkst en geven je direct een goed gevoel dat je welkom bent. Na een dagje drukte in Alicante of Elche is deze locatie prima om van jouw rust te genieten! Absoluut aan te bevelen. O ja, je kunt 's avonds mee eten en vraag dan eens om de pizza. Met een glas wijn erbij en je hebt verder niks meer nodig.... Kortom: Aanrader!

Breakfast was excellent, especially the home baking.
Our hosts went over and above to make us feel at home and even a birthday cake and candle for my husband.
So helpful, even made dinner reservations and knew the best places to visit and to eat. We really enjoyed our week at Casa Azul and would stay again and highly recommend it.

Hosts were wonderful, helpful and friendly. B&B was very pretty with lots of seating areas and very big pool! Very clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was exceptional with the most amazing homemade cakes. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything was superb. Lovely room, garden and pool. The owners were brilliant and couldn't do enough for us. Will stay again if in the area. Would definitely recommend.

We found this place while googling places to stay near the El Hondo nature reserve and were struck by the glowing reviews. The reviews are fully justified! Paul and Helena are a delightful Dutch couple who did everything they could to make us welcome. We're thankful to them for several great insider tips on where to visit - including a spectacular hike to the top of a nearby mountain - and the breakfast, including eggs from their hens and orange juice from their trees, was scrumptious. If you are staying in the Elche area, this quiet, homely country retreat makes a great choice. Zie je weer, Paul and Helena!

Paul and Helana are a warm and friendly couple who made us very welcome, there is is a well stocked fridge with all manor of drinks, sweets and ice cream available on a trust basis. The breakfast was good with juice, tea ,coffee, yogurt, ceriel, fruit, ham and eggs cheese and cooked meats. Although advertised as B & B evening meals were available. The garden is well kept with a beautiful pool area which was kept clean. ample sun beds and toys eg. table tennis, lilos. the pool is large and with a max of ten guests you can swim unhindered.
Leaving. There was nothing to report as negative. there is ample safe parking with a locked gate.

The swimming pool is well maintained with bed, sun lounges available for use, not many rooms therefore only very few people to share the pool which is a plus!
The property is spacious, you can choose different corners to relax, whether reading a book or playing table tennis, or having a lazy day at the pool.
The owner are lovely people, made delicious breakfast every morning and had the option to have dinner on site if you want.
There’s an honesty bar where you can grab drinks/ice cream which is fantastic.
Very clean and secluded place, definitely like to come back!
I can’t think of anything apart from the room is a bit small but it was decorated tastefully with good quality bed and linens. Only thing I could suggest is to have some hangers/drawers for clothes? But space is limited therefore it is not a big deal for me :)
