Enter into a comfortable, carpeted family room with a game table and a flatscreen TV (one of five in the house), and continue down the hallway to the open great room. There's an even larger flatscreen TV mounted above the gas fireplace in the living room, a farm-style dining room table, and a fully appointed kitchen with every essential appliance (including a dishwasher) and a peninsula bar counter for four. Glass doors lead outside to a back deck overlooking the neighboring creek and green space, where you can barbecue and dine in the fragrant coastal air. At night, there's a washer/dryer to take care of the day's swimsuits, a firepit out front where you can gather for s'mores, a dedicated playroom with children's toys upstairs, and Wii, Nintendo, and Netflix for your at-home entertainment. One of the bedrooms - the main suite with a large private bathroom - is on the first floor; the other three bedrooms are located upstairs. What's nearby: This home sits along a creek and a swath of tranquil green space in the community of Nedonna Beach. You'll be a five-block walk from the ocean beach itself, which also happens to be the spot where the Nehalem River meets the Pacific Ocean. Downtown Rockaway Beach - a hub of ice cream stores, sweet shops, and casual eateries - is only three miles south as well.
