Exceptional
Great house, well maintained, and a very nice layout. Location couldn’t be better! Really nice place for families! Convenient to walk to multiple restaurants. Close to grocery store. House can sleep a ton of people if you needed. Center of lake, right on the water with a beach and plenty of property. I almost never leave reviews on places we’ve stayed, and it’s rare that my wife and I say “we would come back here”, but we all agreed this is a place we would come back to. Spent Memorial Day weekend here, two adults, four kids. The townhouse is really nice. Plenty of room, well laid out. I think we could have slept 15 people here. Lots of deck and patio space. Lots of tvs, all connected and ready to roll on Netflix (didn’t even have to plug in my appletv at night.) location was SUPER convenient — walk next door to restaurants, center of the lake, etc. large property outside for the kids to wander in. Sandy beach which had young kids playing at it. We rented a pontoon boat and pulled it into the slip in the evenings. We rented a jet ski as well, and this does not have a place to park it overnight (which we didn’t need bc we had only gotten the jet ski for one day, and the boat for two.) it’s right on the water, so the decks look straight out to the beach area and water. Our kids took the paddle boards out and had a good time in the shallow area. There is a tennis court with pickle ball. We didn’t play but saw a number of people playing. Seems quiet and family friendly. There is a beer tap house about 200 yards away if the adults want to walk over. And very convenient to Food Lion for groceries. We have stayed on Lake Anna before, and while this isn’t a secluded single-family home, it has tons of benefits that you don’t get anywhere but here.
The only thing I can think of is that we had to take our garbage with us at the end of the stay, which was not easy with a packed car.

Superb
Beautiful lake views off of multiple balconies, great location, and very nice accomodations. Also really appreciated the items available for young kids - toys, plates and cups, pack and play and toddler bed, etc.
Check out time was pretty early at 10am, especially because trash is expected to be taken to the trash center,, but the trash center also does not open until 10am.
