About this house rental
Situated in Granbury, this charming house for $122 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to our Lakefront Guest Suite! 1,000 square foot unit with a private entrance and beautiful lake views from both the first and second story. Outdoors, the lakefront patio and grass yard is available to guests. Fishing directly from the property. Community dock visible from the suite (1 min drive/5 min walk) to fish/launch watercraft. Pet friendly. 7 minute drive to Historic Granbury Square and City Beach. No swimming/launching directly from the property as we have a high sea wall. Guests will walk around the grass yard to the right of the main home to access the guest suite. Keyless entry with code. Downstairs, guest have a TV with Roku, couch, bunk bed (twin and full), and half bath. There is also a kitchenette with mini fridge (no freezer), toaster, coffee, and BBQ supplies. Beautiful lake views from the windows. Upstairs is the master suite with a comfortable king memory foam mattress and large TV with Roku. There are windows on all sides of the room, including beautiful Lake Granbury views from up high. The full bathroom is located of this room. Outside is the private patio for guests with a grass grill. There is also seating in the grass yard for guests as well. Fenced pet yard available. Guests can fish directly from the property. Please note that the immediate canal can collect debris with recent storms, and water levels may fluctuate. Guests can access all spaces that are marked for guest use. The guest suite is a separate unit with a private entrance and one shared wall with the main home. Pets: You MUST notify the host of your pet's attendance prior to your stay by listing the number of pets on your reservation. Dogs and cats only. Pet fee is $25 per stay. Failure to notify host of pet's attendance prior to your stay will result in a $50 fee. Maximum 2 pets (dogs and cats only) per stay. Please pick up after your pets and dispose of waste in outdoor trash can located near the pet yard. Keep pets on a leash at all times when outside. Pets must be supervised at all times inside and outside of the unit. (Placing your pet securely in a carrier you bring with you is okay if leaving the pet unattended inside the unit.)

We had a great stay at this place. We had a Girls’ Night. We loved the lake front location and minutes from Central Square, Grandbury.
Easy to check in and out, host was fast at responding messages. I recommend this place.

Exceptional experience! The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and great communicators from the moment I booked my stay until I checked out. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and made sure everything was taken care of during my stay.
The property itself is spacious, charming, and well laid out. The interior design was lovely, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the view of the lake, which was absolutely gorgeous and undisturbed. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful scenery.
The instructions for everything were clear and easy to follow. From accessing the property to operating appliances, the hosts made sure that everything was well-explained and straightforward. I appreciated the attention to detail, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable.
We had a wonderful time at this vacation rental and would gladly go back. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway with stunning views and friendly hosts.

TP was thin, but not a deal breaker. Convenient to everything…and the house is approved by Flytrex!! Experienced a great drone delivery right to the front yard!!

Nice little property right off the lake on a very quiet street. Everything was as shown on the listing and very clean! The hosts responded quickly to messages and it’s obvious that they put a lot into making their guests feel welcome.

vrbo basic accommodations
This could be a nice little getaway because the owners were so very pleasant if not for the fact that there were little burrs in the carpet, bugs in the house and the kitchen or lack there of was unusable. There was a tiny refrigerator, as small as I've ever seen on the floor that held about 6 bottles of water. The microwave was also down on the floor area. We were unable to cook any meals. The views from this house were beautiful though so I really wished the house was up to those views.

There were some basic needs of the stay that were lacking and I would rather let you know instead of putting it out on social media or review with a low rating. Some basic necessities that is normally provided when you stay away from home and we felt were lacking were:

Very easy to get to a nice for a quick stay
We are enjoyed it. Although there were only 3 beds and 3 towels, and your sight says 4 can stay there. Also would appreciate bedside lamps for reading

We came for a weekend away and it was delightful. The breakfast kitchen was perfect every morning for a light breakfast. The view is lovely. The bed was in great shape. The hosts were super responsive and made the process easy. Would definitely stay again.

Me, my husband, and our 16 year old son wanted to do a few days of fishing. I found this place on the lake so we decided to go. Unfortunately, tho no fault of the owners the lake at thier place was filled with debris. However there was a dock very close by where my son was able to do the fishing he wanted. The house was very well kept and the owners were very quick in responding to any questions we had. We enjoyed it well enough we would definitely re-visit.

Beautiful area and well kept property
My husband and I stayed here for our 6 year anniversary. It was perfect for just us 2 and short drive to all the fun things around town. Well worth the price
