PattyLew 2, a 3BR/3.5BA townhome, is the perfect family-friendly spot for your next vacation! You'll find yourself 45 steps away from the sugar white sandy beaches of Cape San Blas and when your beach day has ended you'll enjoy amazing views and sunsets from all 3 decks.

Primary Bedroom – king bed, ensuite bathroom & private deck. There is also a coffee/wine bar, mini fridge, bar sink and wine cooler.
PattyLew 2 is in Barrier Dunes, a gated community on the North end of Cape San Blas. Barrier Dunes has four beach accesses, two swimming pools, pickleball/tennis courts, a playground and stocked fishing ponds (no license required). Bed and bath linens provided - you will want to bring your own beach towels. We also provide trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and hand soap.
There is an additional fee if you decide to bring your dog. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and the pet fee is $150 and is non-refundable.
50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. All reservations require sending in a copy of your government issued ID for age verification purposes.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again. The location is excellent; very close to both the beach and pool. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the reclining couches were great for relaxing, and the storage closet was well stocked with beach gear.The management company was outstanding. Communication was excellent, and when we reported a couple of issues, they responded quickly and resolved them promptly.That said, the property is showing its age and could benefit from a refresh. For the price, I expected more proactive maintenance. The grill was completely unusable when we arrived due to rusted and collapsed burners. Management replaced it within 24 hours, which we appreciated, but it seemed like something that should have been identified before guests arrived. The front deck also needs attention, as the railing is visibly rotting and parts of the deck feel unsteady. The interior could benefit from updated paint, cabinets, fixtures, and shower heads.If being close to the beach and pool is your top priority, this is a great choice. If a modern, updated interior is important to you, you may want to look elsewhere. One final note: the refrigerator does not have a water dispenser, so plan to bring or purchase drinking water during your stay.Overall, we enjoyed our week here. The location is excellent, the management company was great to work with, and the home provided everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation.

Loved our stay, condo was clean as a pin. Beach access was awesome about a 30 second walk to the beach. Not our first time staying in Barrier Dunes but probably our best stay of the 3or 4 times we have stayed. Do need you to work on the weather, lol. Storms would roll in about mid to late afternoon and run us of the beach but that’s just our luck. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for family vacation.
