About this docked boat rental
Situated in Hudson Bend, this attractive docked boat for $225 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Come out and enjoy beautiful Lake Travis and sunset on the upper deck or relax watching TV in the living room on this "stay at the dock" 41' Catamaran. Queen size memory foam mattress, full size stainless steel refrigerator and microwave with combo conventional oven/air fryer as well as a Keurig. Bluetooth stereos on main and upper deck. There are floats, kayak and paddle board (if used and not put up after use there will be a $10 charge for each). *NOTE: THIS BOAT DOES NOT LEAVE THE SLIP !!! Call me if you liked to charter another boat. Holidays, events and Spring Break prices are slightly higher. TWO NIGHT MINIMUM stay for weekends, holidays, Spring Break and events.

We stayed on a roomy houseboat that was very comfortable and nicely decorated. In the mornings we enjoyed a cup of coffee on the roof deck. Everyone around is friendly and just there to enjoy their time. Our host is very helpful and anticipated any need we had. We would absolutely stay there again!

I stayed with my friends and celebrated a surprise birthday party at the houseboat. We greatly enjoyed it. Had a great experience. Great service and immediately resolved all our requests. Highly recommend visiting this place for any a peaceful vacation.

Great place to stay and hangout on the upper deck! The bed and furniture were very comfortable. Will definitely book again. Kenny was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had.

This is a really nice little houseboat! It slept four adults very comfortably. The location is absolutely beautiful! Just be aware that it is a bit of a hike from parking to the boat, so bring a wagon to haul your luggage. Unfortunately, it was freezing when we were there, but inside the houseboat was very warm and cozy. Kenny was always available by phone when we had questions. I would definitely return when it's warmer so I could take full advantage of the upper deck and water!

I couldn't have been happier with this adorable little getaway. It was clean and a very cool and unique experience aboard the cutest little houseboat you've ever seen! Nice basic supplies to cook, plates, and handtowels, etc. Kenny was easy to contact and made checkin flexible and easy. Only thing I needed was extra towels since there were only two for me and my friend so I should have brought two more for our hair. Would 100% come back!!!

We enjoyed staying in something other than your typical vacation condo. We brought 3 teenage kids and one a little younger. That may have been a little much for the space as there is no privacy, but we really enjoyed it. The kids really liked their first experience on a house boat. We adults would like to come back, just the 2 of us, for a long weekend. We enjoyed the rooftop patio and LOTS of people watching with the party boats coming and going. Very quiet evenings which were nice with cocktails on the rooftop. Kenny was a great host and very responsive every time we needed something. Overall a unique but fun experience.

The site said we wouldnt be charged to park however at the gate he charged us 45 for 3 vehicles… we showed him what it said in the site but he calked harbour master and he said everyone gers charged. The a/c breaker went off every-time we used anything electrical. So to cook in the oven, microwave, take a shower we had to turn off a/c and it was 105 at lake travis so pretty hot inside. The propane bbq pit didnt work. We ended up borrowing a new tank from the office. The toilet wasnt cleaned out before our stay so we couldn't use the toilet until the next day when he sent someone to empty. The boat itself was nice, clean, with plenty towels , life vests, fishing piles, lilly pad but with all the maintenance issues we would not stay here sgain.

We had a good time
It was a good vacation. Nice setting and nice people running the docks. The rental we stayed in doesn't need a lot of repairs and their is some safety concerns with many soft spots, electricity kept turning off and the a/c unit seems to be leaking all over the top deckwhich makes it very slippery up there. There was lots do and a good selection of activities were available at the rental as well as the Luxury Boat Rentals place on the dock next to us. The only thing lacking as far as supplies goes was toilet paper....there was only one roll and we searched cabinets and found another under the stove. We did enjoy our stay and had a good time.

The boat was nice and everything inside was cozy. The only issue we had was the breaker box, but we figured out how to keep it from shutting off. We enjoyed the stay!

Great place to bring family together. The kids kayaked, jet skied, swam and fished. They had the time of their lives & I even got to relax a little. Kenny was available whenever needed. We will plan a return visit in the future as will our friends that joined us.

Beautiful boat, BUT, unaware of Ring security camera
We arrived at 3:30 to a very nice houseboat! We enjoyed the location, lily pad, and the grill. The atmosphere and sunset were amazing! It wasn’t until 9:30 at night that things took a turn. We were contacted for the first time that day by the manager, and told that there was a Ring camera inside the boat and that we needed to unplug it and turn it around. This made us very uncomfortable. The owner called the next day and explained that it is off between 3-11am, but we are still uneasy and unsure. If that was the case, why even notify us at that point and why ask us to unplug and turn around! It should have been made very clear that there was a camera onboard…..period! This situation definitely put a damper on the stay!

Our host, Kenny, met us on arrival for a quick tour and info on the Lake Travis area. The teens in our group had a great time using the kayaks, lillypad, and slide. Most of our time was spent on the upper deck - very cool and comfortable. Houseboat is in an excellent location at the marina with an unobstructed view - beautiful sunsets.

It was a a great intimate little stay for our birthday that ended up being a surprise engagement, Kenny was very Helpful checking in and understanding when we got a little too rowdy with the surprise engagement The place was very clean and organized and the bed was super soft the upstairs patio was perfect for hanging out And jumping into the lake overall it was an amazing stay

OTHER than communication and check-in, everything was OUTSTANDING. I’m admitting that I’m unfamiliar with glitches that Vrbo may have and first time Vrbo user.
Right after making the reservation (1month prior to res), I clicked on the link for contacting the boat manager via text. I sent a text asking for: sugg food & places to swim; if we could hire someone to take us out on the water in the boat, if we could check in early or late for any fees. I never got a response.
The listing said that if arriving on weekend that you would go to on-site boat rental, & were arriving on a Sun so thought rental company (not an person) was going to be our source of entry, we assumed check-in time was flexible.

I received a text from boat manager, in Vrbo app, & saw it at 1:30 pm day of arrival, that said he would be letting us into the boat. I tried to reply to the text (maybe Vrbo app had a glitch) multiple times but was unable. My friend couldn’t either. Tried repeatedly*Stressful*
No one was there when we arrived. There was tons of traffic and there we’re tons of people going out on charters when we arrived-it was EXTREMELY crowded. 3 would have been a better time to arrive.
We waited for 20mins (2 50 year old ladies in 100 weather who didn’t plan on that long of a walk from the parking area), paid $26 PER MINUTE-unhappy women were trying to figure out how to send a text back through Vrbo app. Finally figured it out and sent request for check-in info. No reply in 2 mins; another asking where he was. No reply for 2 minutes.
THEN I sent a text saying call me now with my phone number and someone called me almost immediately. Her name is Cindy and she was AWESOME!! She was our contact for the rest of our stay, which was FANTASTIC!! Cindy was an awesome concierge (by phone and text) for us once we finally got connected with her.
Another problem: WiFi login name & psword. Also had to call to learn how to come and go (lock up). There should have been instructions for both WiFi and how to lock up. When charging $26 per minute of a rental, there shouldn’t be ANY glitches or delays.

It was a nice get away for our 35th anniversary, especially after a very hectic month. It would have helped if we had brought a portable wagon with us. The parking lot feels pretty far away when you're carrying everything in and out. We hope to visit again someday.

We would stay there again!

The boat was a far walk so make sure you bring a wagon. The road isn't paved but parking super easy. The directions were easy and the property manager was the BEST he was friendly, accommodating and had everything ready for me even though I was a late check-in. I had so much fun and I will surely be back!!

Nice clean boat
Older boat with new updated appliances that is decorated nicely. Boat actually looks better than the pictures. Owner is very nice and deals with any issues on site. We will definitely be back when the weather is warmer.

One Bed, two other things
This is not a three bedroom. It doesn't even have three rooms period. The master bed works. The other two sleeping options are only big enough for some really small people. Both little padded sleeping options are also in the same exact room. So make sure there is no privacy expectation from anyone staying here
