Located mid-way between Cabarete and Sosua, SOV has amenities for everyone while being close to all the action. Its location is very central being close to pharmacies, restaurants, shops, a modern medical center, supermarkets, banks and gas stations. Distinctive amenities include a first-class Tennis Club, and world class Gym, seaside pools and gourmet restaurant, The resort offers something for everyone. For the kids we have in the main resort a pool with water slides, and a park with all kinds of fun stuff for the kids. If you want a more relaxing time by the pool, the resort has 2 other pools, including an oceanfront infinity pool. Of course you always have your private pool at your villa. A perfect mix of Caribbean elegance and island laissez-faire welcomes all guests to feel at home.The ocean and beautiful beach is about a 5 minute walk from the villa. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and modern. It features a large living room and fully equipped kitchen, and a second seating area with TV upstairs too. Sleep well in the three, beautifully designed and decorated, master suites, each with ensuite bathrooms and TV. Enjoy the tropical gardens and private pool areas that feature many great seating areas as well as a BBQ station. There is plenty of space for entertaining in the backyard as well as the second floor outside deck and rooftop deck with amazing panoramic views. The attention to detail sets this villa apart from the others. The furnishing and finishing touches make you feel right at home. Electricity: Rental Over 15 days the electricity is charged separately. Where to Eat: The restaurant scene is amazing! There are two on-site restaurants. You can order delivery from dozens of nearby restaurants. We can arrange for an in-home chef to cook for you, or you are a short 3 minute drive to the center of Sosua and a 10 minute drive to the center of Cabarete. Amenities Offered: Pool. We were robbed!

We were robbed!

We were burglarized in broad daylight and made to feel like criminals by our rental agents and security at Sosua Ocean Village. I would highly recommend that you find somewhere else to stay and work with another leasing organization. Once we notified security at Sosua Ocean Village that we were robbed, they came to the house and conducted a preliminary investigation only to say, “we are going to turn this matter over to the police.” After four (4) hours of waiting for the police to arrive, I called myself only to learn that Sosua Ocean Village Security NEVER called the police to investigate. To add insult to injury, Sosua Ocean Village initially refused to cooperate with the investigation and allow the police to review the video footage of the house. Once the police were finally granted access a few days later, the footage between the hours of 1:30-3:00 pm (burglary occurred) mysteriously disappeared. Sosua Ocean Village security reported that the camera stopped working when I left the villa and started working again when I returned. 🤣 The next step of the investigation was to get the information from the owners camera which could not be obtained until days later and I have yet to view that footage. With that being said, I firmly believe that the robbery was an inside job and I would never stay there again or recommend any of my friends, family or social media follows to stay there either.

It’s hard to put in word how amazing it was to stay in the Airbnb. Beautiful location, they had people come clean for us, pool was nice, house is nicer in person. It was my 30th birthday and I enjoyed every bit of it with my friends.

I stayed at the villa for a week and this has been my best stay thus far in Sosua. Villa is located in Oceans Village and is a short drive to the center of Sosua. Villa is very clean, modern and stylish with modern amenities. There is a jacuzzi and numerous places to sit outside and relax. Peggy was very responsive and answered all questions quickly. The cleaning ladies were equally excellent. The area is very quiet which benefited me greatly as I was working while at the villa. I’ll definitely stay again. Book it, you won’t regret it.

We stayed for 9 days in this incredible house!! The cleaning staff kept the house immaculate. Plenty of space!! Very nice rooms. Secure location. Relatively quiet neighborhood. I think we may have been the loud ones up until 10pm. Jesus was the chef that prepared meals for us everyday. That man can't miss!!! Fresh, hot meals everyday!! He cooked meals from land, air and sea!! Delicious! Jesus also served as our personal concierge. He helped us get to the bank, arrange massages, pedicures, etc. The man is a beast!! The host is top notched! I highly recommend!
