Marijuana is illegal in Indiana. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you. -Pets 30 lbs. or less are allowed for an additional $150 fee, plus $50 per additional pet but please keep them leashed in the common areas. -For your safety and security reasons, our homes (not all) have motion detectors and a security system, including exterior cameras. -Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested.
