The water is deep enough for most boats up to about 32 feet, with a minimum of 36 inches of water at the lowest tide and over five feet at high tide. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
