The summer offers many hiking opportunities, rafting and tubing the river through town, outdoor concerts/festivals, farmers market, and shopping. Walkability to local restaurants, coffee shops and groceries. No matter the time of year, a soothing soak in the downtown hot springs is an essential part of any visit to this still small and quiet Rocky Mountain town!

Our stay was great. The condo was spacious, clean, quiet and in a great location. I highly recommend Meredith’s condo for your Pagosa springs stay!

My family and I love Pagosa Springs and this property didn’t disappoint. It is conveniently located and has a beautiful view of the mountain range and pond. The condo itself was very cozy & inviting, clean, and very well stocked (even with reusable grocery bags!). The dispenser of shampoo and body in the shower wash came in handy because I forgot mine! :) Overall this property was perfect! We’d love to stay here again!
