Poor

For information. The house is located in a yard with two other houses. The parents of the owner (they live nearby) were entering the house without permission or warning during our absence. If you want private time-spending, this house is not so nice.

Beautiful and cozy place, but very hot inside during the summer

Its layout is super cozy, it makes you feel like home. We loved the terrace! Very clean place, 10 for that! Parking possible in the yard, so no need to worry about that. The staff was welcoming, even when we arrived late from dinner (sorry about that, by the way!). Pet friendly location, we had 3 small dogs with us and they had a wonderful time. I would recommend this place.

The lack of A.C. in the rooms. This is really a problem. You have A.C. only in the living room, but during the hot summer days, when sleeping in the bedrooms, the heat will wake you up. We tried the curtains, living the window open, closing the window, nothing worked, in the morning was so hot in the room. So the house definitely needs A.C. in the bedrooms. Other than that, everything was alright. :)

Privacy

The house was clean and comfortable, also it has a modern kitchen with anything you need for cooking. It would've been great if we had privacy.

There is no private garden and no parking as we thought, you have to park on the street. No privacy at all, the living room and the kitchen it doesn't have curtains so you can be seen from the outside. Parents of the owner and others family members they live in the same yard so you can see them messing around the property all the time, also they kept coming and tell us what to do, which we find very annoying, they knew when we leave the house and when we come back so we felt like they are watching us all the time. We took our little dog with us as they said pets are allowed, and the first day of our stay, we wanted to find a restaurant so we left the dog in the bathroom and this lady will come after us and say in a rude way that we should take the dog with us when we leave home because it might pee in the house and she doesn't want to clean dogs excrements. The last day when we were about to do the check out, ( check out is at 11:00am )it was 10 am and the man saw me on the terrace and he came and told me we should prepare cause we have to leave the property at 11, quite disrespectful. We obviously knew the time of the check out ! At 11:00 they came and the man was looking in the kitchen cabinets and check like he wanted to see if we stole something, that was very rude and offending to us, as we paid almost 100 euros per night! I feel sorry for their son as we could notice he put a lot of effort in making the house look nice and comfortable but we wanted privacy and we didn't have it also his parents should understand in which position they are and show a bit of respect to their customers and maybe learn some social skills. We travel a lot, in many countries and places and we didn't experienced something similar before. This review I hope will help the owner to improve some essential aspects. No, I do not recommend this property if you want privacy.

Superb

The house and the owner is faboluse. There is air condition which is missing from the list of facility. There is net on each window and back door. The accomodation is close to the local market and beaches. I recommand it for families.

There is no private garden, but it seems according to the pictures and you can't parking inside just on the street. The owner's residance and garden are in the rest of the parcel. There are flies dut to chickens, but not disturbing.
