The Hilltop Hideaway is a gorgeous, renovated cabin in the White Mountains with all you could ask for: - Private hot tub to jump into after a long day skiing - Fire pit and fire fireplace - BBQ-ready charcoal grill - Complete seclusion - no other houses in sight - Access to amazing amenities (pool / gym) - Close to three major ski mountains - Loon, Cannon, Waterville Valley - Quick drive from Boston - Blazing fast wifi *IN THE HOUSE* - First Bedroom — Master bedroom with 1 king bed (sleeps 2) - Second Bedroom — Downstairs bedroom with 1 full and 1 twin bed, bunk bed style (sleeps 3) - Third Bedroom — Downstairs bedroom with 1 full bed (sleeps 2) - Downstairs Living room / Playroom — sofa and a pool table - Living room — sofa bed (sleeps 1) - 2 bathrooms (shower/bath in both) - Kitchen: contains an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, hot water heater, and everything else you need to make a home cooked meal (pots, pans, spices, olive oil, etc.) - Board Games: We have a large selection of board games that are perfect for a cozy night in as the temperature starts to drop -Wifi: Need to do a little work or fully work remotely? We have powerful, 400mbps wifi, plenty of outlets for laptops, and table / desk spaces to get work done. Cell service is also great. This cabin is the perfect getaway for a weekend, a full week, or even longer! *OTHER AMENITIES* - Linens and towels provided - Brand new washer/dryer in-unit and laundry detergent provided - Shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided - Basic spices, olive oil, etc. as well as pots, pans, baking sheets, etc. are provided - Kitchen also contains, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster - Two smart TVs with built-in Amazon Fire TV Edition - Plenty of games and a pool table for all of your entertaining needs - High-speed, 400mbps WiFi - Maintenance contact nearby, but in case of emergency, as always, please call 9-1-1 Neighborhood The neighborhood that the house is located in is the Waterville Estates atop the scenic Campton Mountain just north of Lake Winnipesaukee and south of the White Mountains. We will share a custom guidebook prior to your arrival but here are the highlights: - Three major New England ski mountains within a 30 minute drive - Some of the best hiking in the world in the White Mountains including Franconia Notch State Park - Many classic small New England town perfect for a day or afternoon trip (Plymouth, Meredith, Littleton, etc) - Lake Squam and Winniepesaukee to the south - Many great restaurants and take out spots within a short drive! Guest access You will have access to the entire house and two guest passes to Waterville Estates Community Center which has a hot tub, several pools, a gym, and arcade room. If there are more than two guests, it costs $10/person/weekday or $20/day/weekend day or holidays. Other things to note We've got plenty to do for all ages at the Hilltop Hideaway. With a wide range of board games, fire place, fire pit, charcoal grill, and a full community center you'll have access to - there never has to be a dull moment. Pothos Stays has on the ground staff if you need anything but the vast majority of guests check-in, enjoy their stay, and check-out with no in-person interaction. We will share a detailed guidebook upon your booking with all of the information you could ever need. Admin and fee notes - Per insurance requirements, guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking. - NH Meals and Rooms: 101330. - Additional fees: Early check-in at 9am - $150; Late check-out at 5pm - $150 - Pets welcome, but please note in your booking! Pet fee: $150 per stay - Personal car is necessary. We recommend bringing an all-wheel drive car (or 2WD with chains) in the winter as the property is located up a mountain. Hilltop hideaway was exactly what we needed for a pleasant weekend get away. It's beauty & seclusion provided the perfect respite to our busy lives. A little sun gave way to woodsy exploration & the last day of rain made us slow down & enjoy the inside. Ping pong was never so fun - first time with the dog & so many laughs my cheeks still hurt. There was plenty to do or not do what ever the moment called for. We will treasure our time spent & would most certainly make a return visit.

Beautiful area , awesome house very peaceful , pantry is stocked with hot cocoa , coffee, and teas . Hot tub is perfect , game room is nice , plenty of towels and blankets . The little rec area down the street is awesome with a sauna , bigger hot tub , a regular pool and a heated pool would highly recommend you stop in there ! Would stay with pothos stays again for sure .

We enjoyed a quick weekend at Hilltop Hideaway. The house was cozy and clean. We appreciated how drawers and light switches were labeled. We came for hiking in the nearby mountains and it was great to come back to the hot tub.

This location is amazing. Tucked away on the top of a hill, close enough to major roadways but feels like you are in the middle of the woods. Hot tub is awesome! Plenty of space for sleeping options. Would stay again!

We had a great experience staying here for a fall getaway. House was clean, well stocked in terms of kitchen supplies and cooking necessities, and the king bed upstairs was super comfortable. Easy to get to and close to nice hikes and pretty views.

The house is in pristine condition, very clean and comfortable. The host has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Extra towels, beach towels, dining and entertainment suggestions. They’ve really thought of it all!! Communication with the host was excellent, all questions were answered promptly with an abundance of friendliness. Staying here really felt like being at home and I would definitely recommend this house!! 5 stars all the way. Also, the location is excellent, the house is central to so many different things around the White Mountain area. We really enjoyed our time here!!

Very Clean/Recently updated. Loved that the owner has all kitchen cabinets/drawers/storage areas labeled with which items are stored in there. House is fully stocked with paper towels/dish soap/hand soap/etc. Located in a private/quiet area, yet less than 10 minutes from the Campton Cupboard and Dunkin’ Donuts. Plenty of parking space for the 3 vehicles we had. Porches are large size with Great night sky views 👍🏼

The cabin was perfect for 2 family getaway. It is located a top of a hill which makes it feel very secluded. It is quite and peaceful around the house. Perfect spot to rejuvenate and enjoy outdoors. The cabin is recently renovated, everything inside is clean, modern and stylish. A lot of windows! Every cabinet and light switch is labeled and makes it easy to find your way around. Planty of plates, cups, glasses and silverware. Laundry machines are a huge plus especially when spending a lot of time at the beach. There is a huge master bedroom on a top floor with big windows, and 2 additional bedrooms downstairs. The complex also has a lake and a pool that is only 5 mins drive away. We spend all day on a local lake riding kayaks and katamaran. The owner was very easy to reach and answered all questions very quickly. We really enjoyed our weekend in hideaway cabin and recommend it to everyone else who want to enjoy a but of quite time.
