I liked the quiet location.
I had issues with appliances which are very different brands than I am used to in the US. I had to look up each on the internet on how to operate each one. It may be helpful to others from the US to have instructions in your book on how to use the appliances like the stove top, the washing machine., hot water, sliding balcony door. That is my first go to when I arrive at a new place. Once I learned how to operate each item, I loved it.

The location and the views from the property
The shower was leaking making the foot-mat wet and was also not smelling very pleasant.
