There is one parking space for each accommodation within the gated complex. If required and available, you can book an additional parking space. There is a garden with several seating areas in pavilions and a covered pool. The pool is open seasonally and is solar heated from around April to the end of October. There is an outdoor BBQ area and a pool table available to guests of the house. The Luxury & Relax apartments approx. 180 m² and consists of 5 bedrooms and contains a connecting door between the two apartments. On the ground floor there is another bathroom with shower and toilet and another large kitchen with a dining table and a large side-by-side refrigerator. There are several flat-screen digital and satellite TVs, rooms are airconditions and there is a huge roofed private terrace.
