There is one parking space for each accommodation within the gated complex. If required and available, you can book an additional parking space. There is a garden with several seating areas in pavilions and a covered pool. The pool is open seasonally and is solar heated from around April to the end of October. There is an outdoor BBQ area and a pool table available to guests of the house. The Comfort & Relax apartment consists of 2 apartments with a connecting door. The Comfort apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds. The apartment has a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The Relax apartment has 1 kitchen / living room, a bathroom, a bedroom and can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults and one child. There is a connecting door between the Relax apartment and the Comfort apartment. Ideal for friends or 2 families / couples, as the 2 living units are completely self-sufficient when the connecting door is closed. Both apartments are on the ground floor. There is air conditioning and German satellite TV in every apartment. The kitchens are fully equipped with dishes, pans, pots and cutlery. There is a communal garden with several pavilions for all guests in the house. For larger groups, we can also offer the Delux apartment, which has a connecting door to the Relax apartment. The apartments offers space for approx. 10 people.
