Beautiful apartment, very spacious and clean.
A nice walk to the city center. There are a lot of coffee shops and restaurants near the apartment. Aprox 15 minutes walk to the train station but we took a bus.
The only negative thing was that the coffee machine was not working.

Location perfect for accessing old town, shopping area and train/bus station. Host was very attentive, responding to queries very quickly and late check in wasn't an issue. Nice and quiet. Very clean. 25 minute walk from Pane e Pomodoro beach or take the bus.
Things worth knowing - Only a hotplate for cooking, so not ideal if you wish to eat at home. Laundry facilities are offsite i.e. you need to go to a laundrette, although there is one just a few blocks away. No option to store luggage later than 1pm on day of check out.

The apartment was large and nicely furnished.
We were given the wrong code. Contacted the owner for the correct code only to find no keys in the lock box and had to wait 20 minutes in the midday heat for the owner to arrive with the keys. No pressure in the shower. Shower over a bath which is not suitable for older travellers-had to ask for a suction mat. In the middle of a very hot summer, the air conditioning was not left on for our arrival. During a 7 day stay, no cleaning service or bed linen change was offered-instead we were told where clean bed linen was if we wanted to change the sheets.
